I had an amazing experience at this office with Dr. White. They were very friendly and comforting. I would go here for any dental treatment that they offer. It was my first root canal and I was very nervous. After they were done, I realized I had absolutely nothing to worry about.

Dr. Cook and her assistant were amazing! As a dental assistant myself I knew what was going on and even though they knew that I knew it was still explained to me step by step! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Ratcliff, and the entire Highland staff are amazing!! I had been in the most excruciating pain for 2 days. They worked me in the same day my dentist called, and worked me in. Fixed me right up, the pain was gone, and I'm back to my normal activity. The level of care, comfort, and kindness is top notch.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Watts at Highland Endodontics for a root canal. I opted for sedation to undergo this procedure, and the staff cheerfully worked with me on rescheduling and caring for my ailing tooth until that day. The procedure went very well. I'm so thankful for the kind, gentle folks at Highland Endodontics!

Dr Ratcliff did my procedure, and when I tell you I did not feel a thing, that what I mean. and staff was remarkable.. I couldn’t not ask for better service I received on that day. Just put plain and simple they’re just awesome.

Once upon a time I was not afraid of dentists. Then, starting about 7 years ago I had a series of terrible experiences. I haves a small mouth, TMJ, and my nerves are difficult to get to. The trifecta of dental nightmares. Normally people state Root canals as the end al be all of torture but this was absolutely the farthest thing from the truth. My experience with Dr Ratcliff and his staff was the best I’ve had in a long long LONG time. Dr. Ratcliff was compassionate, professional and took his time making the numbing process as gentle as possible. In between he allowed me to rest my jaw and not use a bite block which made my after experience much more pleasant as I did not Get lock jaw. He took into account all of my concerns and I had a relatively pain free procedure . On top of that, his staff were professional and friendly, the office was beautiful and inviting and there were great puppies on a TV playing which was surprisingly relaxing. I highly recommend this office for all of your in depth dental needs.

The quality of care is second to none. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to Sarah the assistant were very kind and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable. Comfort is probably the most important concern as I see it! Ha! If you're not comfortable with the Dr. and assistants then you will be on the lookout for another Dr. to go to! My experience was very very good. The staff was very good in checking you in and out. Dr. Ratcliff and his assistant were very good. I must say his assistant made me feel very comfortable. Before I knew it he was finished! If I ever need anymore work done, Dr. Ratcliff will be the one to do it.

My visit was excellent. I really didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at how patient and kind everyone was. Jessica explained everything in detail and has a sweet smile.
