I cannot adequately convey how happy I am with the root canal I received today. The process was not only faster than anticipated, but was also much more comfortable than expected. I am completely happy with the entire process including the staff, from the from desk, to Sharon, and Dr. Ratcliff. What a great relief to be so happy about a root canal.

It is unusual in today’s society to encounter such professional & friendly staff at Highland Endodontics. Going in to have a root canal procedure can be a concerning process but after meeting the staff, Dr Gartenberg with his assistant, Katherine & the check in & check out staff, all was so comfortable.

My experience was great. Dr. White and his assistant gave excellent care and service. I appreciated the way they kept me informed as to what they were doing throughout the procedure. They kept me comfortable and were very friendly. I did not experience any pain during the procedure. Thank you Dr. White and your staff for an excellent experience. This was my first time here and I was in a lot of pain. From the time I walked in until the time I left the entire staff was just phenomenal. They went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly and they did their best to make sure I was completely comfortable and in as less pain as possible with my whole experience. I was extremely delighted with the care I received. They were just AWESOME!!! Huge Thanks to Dr. Ratcliff and his entire staff.

Dr Garrett’s & staff are excellent. They are very personable, professional, & caring. Dr. Garrett’s is the best. No one wants to have a root canal but if you do, Highland Endodontist is the place to go!

Staff was very kind and caring. I hate the numbing part of the procedure and they were so kind and compassionate. Dental works is one of my least favorite things but if I have to have it done this place was good and so kind.

Very welcoming and warm environment, the office was clean and the staff were all friendly and professional. Dr. Ward was very thorough, he explained everything he was doing he also came highly recommended by my COL (RET) Neal Lehan (Clinton, MS) who was not able to get me onto his schedule in Clinton but I am not disappointed. I traveled from Pass Christian to Flowood to get my root canal done. I am satisfied and would recommend this clinic to other Soldiers.

08/04/21. The experience was great! My local dentist called them and got me a same day appointment within 5 hrs from the time his office called them. The ladies up front was very nice and friendly. Dr. Ratcliff and his assistant Sara couldn’t have been any nicer and professional. The root canal procedure was painless and quick. Dr. Ratcliff informed me of everything he was doing during the procedure. Thumbs up to the whole staff. I will definitely refer them to anyone needing a root canal.

Great and dr cook was excellent in her professionalism of her work on my root canal. Her assistant was also very professional and attentive to my needs. I was made very comfortable by dr cook and her assistant and also both were very friendly and courteous. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional.
