Everyone was very kind and professional. The front desk ladies were friendly and you could tell they enjoyed being around each other, it made it a nice waiting environment. Service was prompt and the nurse and doctor were both kind and professional. I didn't feel rushed at all, yet I was in and out in probably about 15 minutes. Overall great service and kind staff.

I love Marque Urgent Care. The front desk staff and medical assistants are polite and professional. The facility is very clean and well organized. Even that you spend very short time waiting, it matters how nice and modern it is. It’s always very fast and easy to get help there and start the treatment right away. Marque Urgent Care physicians are precise and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience at Marque Medical. The facility has a nice size modern waiting room. The attendant at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, and the wait was under an hour. The nurse was friendly and professional. The doctor was quite knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to return if the need arises.

My Monday night doc was professional and had great bedside manner. His knowledge let me straight to the ER. I still can’t believe how quickly I was processed in and seen! Even though the facility is under some physical changes it was super clean.

I live in Maine and visited family in San Diego. Jenn did a very good job handling my health insurance insurance issues. She knew how to handle the problem and did it efficiently. China was very kind and competent in performing intake. She understood my medical concerns and made me feel at ease. Karen (PA) did an excellent job listening to my explanation of symptoms and knew immediately how to diagnose the condition. Her treatment was successful and after several days following her instructions my medical problem was fully resolved. Thanks so much for Marque being there. What a nice, clean, and convenient place. Amazing. I walk in and there was only one other person there so I knew I wouldn't have to wait a long time to be seen by someone. Immediately I was filling out forms and as soon as I finished I was brought inside for examination. The staff was all very nice and attentive. They did a full checkup regarding the issue I came in for so I felt like they were thorough and did a great job. I was happy to leave so soon and confident that my issue would go away soon. Also, they are so close to my house so that was fantastic and the clinic was very nice and clean.

Made and appointment for this morning and got eight in with a less than 10 min wait. Had to wait a few to see doc and for subsequent medication, but got what I needed to get better and left there having spent only about 1 hour. Kind, patient, helpful staff. Thank you!

Wow, the entire team was fantastic. I was admitted within 15 minutes and saw the PA shortly thereafter. She was great. Gave me information about my condition, how to resolve and treat it, and had me on my way shortly thereafter. Very friendly group, great quality of care, and healthy environment in a clean facility. It was great!! I was so glad that I got treated here! Last night, I lost hearing in my left ear all of a sudden so I came here. They rinsed my left ear out with water and cleaned out the wax that was inside of my ear; my hearing was restored! My hearing has also improved since before I lost my hearing and everything seems louder. The staff were really friendly and efficient

-Incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative information from Charlene at the Pacific Beach clinic when I called to inquire about appointments and insurance -all staff at the La Mesa clinic (the one I went to) were friendly and accommodating -high quality of care from physician and nurse, very understanding of my needs -wait wasn't too long, especially for a Saturday around the Thanksgiving holidays

I am very grateful for the Professional, yet Caring Physician and Staff at Marque Medical. Check in paperwork has been streamlined by the use of a Table rather than the old clip-board and pen. (Online reservation is available at their Website). If you are in need of an Urgent Care, this is the Place. Oh, the coffee was Great!

The nurses and doctors were all very friendly. They answered all of my questions and made me feel validated for my concerns. I was told an hour and a half wait or longer and they got me in to see the doctor in exactly one hour. The office was clean and decorated for the holidays.

I went in this morning with a laceration on my hand. I was able to schedule the visit in advance. The staff and Dr. White were all very helpful and nice. Positive experience despite needing stitches.

Appointment was on time. Seen by PA for vitals and then Dr. Curry. Great communications. Followed by chest xray for bronchial issues. All done smoothly. Results reviewed, medicine called in to pharmacy. Process took about 45 minutes.

My neck had been stiff for several days. Since my PCP was not in the office on Saturday I called Marque. Marque has a working relationship with my PCP's group. I was concerned about wait times, so I asked. I was given the option of making an appointment which worked well. I was brought to an exam room in just a couple of minutes. The tech took my vitals and listened to my reason for being there. She was fun to talk with. And then the doc came in. He performed his exam while we talked about college football. He then prescribed a muscle relaxer. I was out the door in about 30 minutes. Marque provides quality care provided by highly professional and very personable folks.
