Front desk and Doctor were very helpful, kind and caring. I had a question after leaving the office & called in to request to talk with the Dr. Even though it was a different Dr that saw me earlier that day, he made it a point to call me back quickly & answered all my questions & gave me peace of mind. Very comforting & caring Dr. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend going here if you are in need of an urgent care.

This Facility is getting much better since Marque took over. Especially, the receptionists are very caring and professional eventhough,some of them are from previous urgent care. The time is getting better and people are much nicer. Keep it up. ***** Thank you

They got me in to have someone see me w/I 15 minutes. Diagnosis explained and minor procedure completed. Now for some follow-up visits.

This was a difference experience for an Urgent Care Center. The lobby space, large tv and very welcoming upbeat staff kept me calm. I did not have a reservation but did not have a long wait. Only one other lady in the waiting room. I must have arrived at a good time because as I was leaving, the room was full. Dr White was professional, very attentive but had to refer me to the ER for further evaluation. All is well.

I had never been to an urgent care before, and found myself having to take my young son in for a possible ear ache. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and bright. We waited a minimal amount of time and the doctor was friendly. Although I hope we don’t have another urgent care trip in our future, if we did need to, I would choose Marque Medical Again.

When I entered the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The nurse who spoke with me in the back room was also friendly, a good listener, very sympathetic. PA Kuykendall answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood his proactive approach to my ailment. I am very happy with all the professional attention I received during my visit.

The staff was welcoming and professional and efficient. They acknowledged me upon entry and wish me a good evening on departure. The staff was superb. Right when we walked in we were treated so well and they were especially great with my son. The nurse was the best....she was kind and thorough and was even a little silly with him. Which means a lot because he’s 6 and was afraid he needed a shot. She made him relaxed and at ease. Doctor came in right away and was very attentive to us. Could rave about them all day.

What a great experience. The facility was super nice with modern equipment, and the staff were very efficient. I was seen right away by an MD who explained everything very clearly, and prescribed all the medications I needed. I am already feeling better!

Greeted with a welcome smile and helpful people who got us checked in quickly. The wait was long but the waiting room was comfortable and they had a TV on to help pass the time. Once we were called to see the doctor, our vitals were checked thoroughly and the questions that were asked were specific and helpful for diagnosis. Once Dr White came into the room, he was kind, helpful and we felt honestly concerned about our health and getting us better.
