Thankfully you were open - all other UC facilities were closed. The personnel was very nice & very helpful so i’m glad I ended up here. Health is a sensitive issue which can get the best of our emotions. The staff at Marque was friendly and caring. Doctor at the time was knowledgeable. Thank You.

Very clean environment.. Staff are very friendly and greet you when coming in.. Great doctors who gets all your questions asked and they take their time in assessing you.. The nurse there is very knowledgeable and great at his job.. Very quick service, no long waits.. walk in service is very quick.. love this place.. I can’t say enough about this urgent care.they have taken care of me for years. Each member of the staff was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. Even without an appointment my wait was relatively short. The physician listened carefully to my story and asked pertinent questions. Prior to getting the results of my x-rays, she suggested upping my calcium dosage and adding strontium to my daily regimen.. at age 77, caring for my skeletal structure is important. The x-ray showed a fracture just below my right elbow. I will be seeing an orthopedist recommended by the doctor. I found the facility welcoming and orderly.

I sliced open my heel very badly on one of those amazing scooters (seriously, I love those things) and found Marque Urgent Care in a Google search. After some careful analyzation, they had the best reviews and the reviews definitely did not disappoint. Marque in Pacific Beach had the nicest, sweetest staff. They were honest and upfront about costs (recently lost my insurance) and were open to discussing various options to clean and patch the wound while being cognizant of cost. I would love to transplant this location to Chicago! Thank you for being so wonderful!

Took my daughter in this morning. I made a reservation; stitches and a Tetanus shot later we were on our way home in less than an hour. This is not my first time there and I have a feeling it won’t be my last. They’re great! The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Always a great experience!

Overall experience was excellent. Facility was spacious, clean and the staff were courteous and efficient. According to their info, expected wait time was 20-30 minutes and I waited close to an hour before being seen. I liked the doctor who saw me. He was pleasant, knowledgable and thorough.

Marque Medical (Pacific Beach location) was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was exceptionally professional, from the receptionist to the nurse and finally the doctor. Most are current or ex-military and their experience shows-they were calm, polite and incredibly organized and efficient. I had a sizable and deep cut and they had me in the operating room within 20 minutes even though the waiting room was pretty full. Intake, insurance and payment couldn't have been easier.

They are in the middle of a renovation so the look was obviously "under construction" but in spite of that they managed to keep it clean and in order. The check-in was a little lengthy due to their new "on-line" method but hopefully that is a one time thing. The staff was very efficient,friendly and helpful and the Doctor was wonderful. He was able to help me vey quickly and within a very short time my pain had subsided. One day later and the pain is almost gone! I am so relieved. And, I saw the Doctor in less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived. Great Urgent Care facility. I've always had good care there and currently their staff seems to be even more efficient than before. Very impressed.
