After going from urgent care to doctors, and no one either having availability or accepting military insurance. I finally by some miracle wound up at this facility. They were kind, patient, offered beverages and just made me feel less anxious. There were these IPads that you filled all of your info out on and it was so thourough from clicking on where the issues were, past symptoms, family symptoms. Everything. I was seen right away and was helped by a nurse and a doctor. Both were very knowledgeable and fast acting. Thank you for everything, I truly appreciate it.

I broke my ankle and was able to be seen for xrays right away. They dressed my broken ankle and sent me home. Im not from cali and had to catch a flight that next morning back home to New Jersey. The clinic was about to close and I was able to be seen. Which I was very thankful for my flight home was comfortable to to the proper practices and procedures met marque urgent care. I'm going in for surgery on Monday.

My experience was great!I scheduled an appointment on the way to the clinic online. by the time I got there I was filling out paper work right away. I waited about 20 min before I got called to the back. The provider went into detail and I was out before you know it. the staff was great, especially Bri from the front desk.

Referred by my pcp office for xray imaging of injured foot. Called ahead, wonderful customer service. Went in, greeted promptly, no wait. Taken care of quickly, efficiently and with patience and care. Peter was my MA and X-ray tech, he was exceptional! I have been a nurse for over a decade and I was impressed by his expertise, professionalism and how gentle he was. What an outstanding caretaker. Thank you Peter.

Treated like an important person. The manager apologized about incident that occured in oct 1st and treated me very kindly and made me feel very important. Marque Medical is close to my residence. I found Marque Medical when I was searching under UCSD Medical Center. The Receptionist provided me with the necessary paperwork and got me checked in. The clinical medical assistant or RN took my BP, HR and Temp, then brought me the treatment room (highly professional). The doctor (Harrison K.) came in, did an examination and a treatment plan. Provided some medications . I feel a whole lot better now. This clinic is better than sitting in the ER for 4 - 6 hours. Thanks to the RN & Doc.

Getting Ill is never fun;however the staff at Marque Medical certainly take care of each patient. Since this facility changed it's name from the previous urgent care there is a definite improvement. Dr. Alexander is an exceptional Physician , he has compassion,knowledge and very thorough with proper diagnosis. I will highly recommend this facility. Two other important subjects waiting time is minimal, OSHA compliancy is practiced here.

It's never nice to have to go to urgent care, but from booking our appointment over the phone and making sure there would be an X-ray technician there to getting a note to excuse our daughter from her PE class for a (thankfully) sprained ankle, our experience at Marque was friendly, professional and relatively quick.

I was seen within a decent amount of time of my arrival. My nurse was very friendly and helped to uplift my mood when I was having a terrible day and feeling terrible as well. I was diagnosed with strep throat in a short amount of time and was able to get prescribed the correct medication immediately.

Staff is professional, doctors are knowledgeable & helpful. I prefer going here over my original doctor in Newport. Compared to other urgent cares facilities their office is clean and professional office atmosphere. Fast service.

Every one who works there from the front desk staff, to the medical assistants (a female did my vitals and a male did my breathing treatment - sorry, I’ve forgotten their names) to Dr. Alexander were kind, attentive and gave me excellent care. I got in right away and the facility is very clean and comfortable.

First of all, the receptionist was unbelievably sweet and kind. I had bad vertigo, so she brought everything to me so I could stay sitting down. What a sweetheart. The doctor was excellent. Knew exactly what I had and explained it to me well. Everybody there was nice and professional.

Everyone was so very friendly. I was helped immediately when I walked in the door. Once I was all registered in, I was asked more than once if I needed anything while I was waiting. When I was called back, the assistant was so patient and kind, answering all of my questions. The doctor was also amazing. He was Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient. He explained what was going in with me in a way I could understand. I truly appreciated being treated so respectfully, and will not hesitate to return!

Wonderful experience! Normally you don’t expect to feel better time you walk into a facility especially when you are in pain. This facility is welcoming and very clean and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Exceptional staff, very friendly, and polite and physician Dr. Wessel 5 stars, he’s very attentive, he listened, and he really cares! I love this place!!!
