This was my 1st time going to Marque Medical “Urgent Care”, in Chula Vista (Eastlake area. They Offer GREAT MEDICAL CARE in a VERY CLEAN, and COMFORTABLE, Environment. I was seen by “SUPER DOC”, Dr Robert Walker and his “WONDERWOMAN NURSE”, Darla... I was VERY PLEASED with the results of my visit! and VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND them... They have an AWESOME TEAM!!!!

Upon arrival, I was greeted and provided with the forms necessary for new patient check-in. Everything was smooth sailung. The longest part of my wait time was due to filling out my forms. The facilities were clean and very presentable. I was there for an x-ray and the entire crew was very nice and personable, regardless of which task was completed, including those I walked past. Thank you very much for the awesome service!

I was hesitating on going there. But I was attended very good from the front desk all the way to the nurse and the doctor very knowledgeable very good experience. I would rather go there 100 times when to go to the hospital anytime. Keep up the good work

Staff was amazing! Dr Mershon was very personable with kids and I. I felt confident in his diagnosis and treatment. Support staff where amazing. I went the day before Thanksgiving. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care and will use them myself the next time I need to!

I just switched my insurance a day before I needed to be seen. Every other urgent care was a pain, but Marque got in the phone and quickly verified my insurance information. They were fast and friendly. Don’t bother with anywhere else.

Excellent service with kind, friendly staff. The doctor was great- took his time, was thorough, kind and considered all possibilities for my symptoms. The meds he gave me worked well. The only hard part was a couple glitches on the iPad when it kept signing me out. Otherwise a perfect experience!

My experience was quick and easy. Came in for back pain due to a reoccurring injury i have with nerve pain. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I was called to the back and was greeted by Dean, who gave me a very warm welcome to their establishment. He was very courteous and nice. The doctor came in and instantly knew what was the problem and fixed it right away. It was such an easy going experience i wish i had that doctor as my regular primary care! Thank you Marque Medical!

I was diverted to the La Mesa office due to non operational equipment issue in Eastlake. The Eastlake staff took the time to call ahead which made it so much easier for me. The La Mesa staff quickly took care of me here and I didnt feel inconvienced at all. The staff was friendly and efficient. A family atmosphere. The doctor was thorough and answered all my concerns. I would definately use Marque Medical again!

Nurse Darla was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly and I didn't even realize the needle went in for my blood draw! Place is very clean with a spacious waiting room. Wait time wasn't too bad, maybe 30 minutes.

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and even offered a cup of coffee (it was early). I was blown away by the service and so grateful because I was stressed about having to take my daughter in. They assured us they would swiftly process our patient information and THEY DID. I was put at ease by the great service, exceptionally clean office and impeccable staff. The doctor we saw was patient, took time to listen and was so gracious about explaining what we needed to know! I don’t recommend that anyone try to be sick or injured, but if that is your case, THIS is the place!

Our nurse was great with our 5 year old. She was patient and helped clean out our son’s ear so the doctor could evaluate his ear infection. The doctor was very friendly and thorough as well. The location is state of the art, the staff is friendly, and the wait was minimal. Great experience.

I arrived with several dog bites. The staff promptly began care, with my wounds being soaked in a cleaning solution within just a couple of minutes. I was literally getting care less than 10 minutes after walking in the door. Very thorough and personable in explaining what needed to be done--sought my input and responded patiently to my questions. Made sure I knew exactly what I need to do for follow-up care. Nobody plans their day to include a trip to urgent care, but this place is great if you need it.

All of the medical staff is very friendly and showed a lot of concern for my situation. Dr. Jacqueline, Andres, and Angela were very attentive, gentle, and supportive. The receptionist also made some phone calls on my behalf to assure me I was using my no cost visit. Dr. Jacqueline also looked up various prescription costs at local pharmacies and found me the best prices. I would recommend this facility to everyone. It's a very clean and comfortable place to receive health care. This is the first time I used my free visits included in my health plan and I would gladly return here again if I need to.
