Hi When i got there i Didn’t know what to expect for an urgent care facility. I came in because I had glass in my foot and couldn’t get it out and it was swollen. I had Dr. Helen and Kaili work on me together. They were both so kind and helpful and talked to mw as she gave me a shot in my foot. Ouch! I got to know both ladies and have to say they are both in the perfect field dor themselves. Very conpassionate ladies with a loving heart for helping other's. You are in great hands coming to this urgent care and i would fo there again. Big mahalo to the team and im grateful Lisa marie

Well to start off the staff was very kind and seemed to be more friendly towards the patients such as myself. Secondly the service was quick, and painless so that was a plus for me. Lastly and for most the staff member in the front I believe her name was Arron.. not quite sure but she was very welcoming when I walked in and as I left your facility with a greeting and a closing as we left. So thank you again and I’ll for sure come to your urgent care for now on.

The staff was efficient, Kind, and helpful. The medical staff was amazing with my son and made him feel right at home for his last minute physical exam for elementary school! If there's ever a need to come back, this would be my first choice. The Tinjaca Family

I have been coming to Marque Urgent Care for several years. I have two other urgent care facilities closer to me but I drive a little further for the great care I have always received there. Including a broken wrist and pnemonia among other things. All of the staff have always been kind, thorough, professional, and patient. I actually wish this was my doctor's office. They never miss a diagnosis and perfect treatment. Go there next and find out for yourselves. Mary Dean

I was seen soon, so the wait was not an issue. The clinic was clean and fresh. I was treated with respect and care from all staff. This would definitely be a location I'll recommend.

Physician and staff were very helpful, welcoming,professional,and very fast.

We were from out of town and we were so pleasantly surprised by the ease of parking and the small clinic. We were greeted very warmly by the front desk clerk/reception (please forgive me for not remembering her name because she was SO wonderful!) and it instantly made us feel welcome and put my daughter at ease. The receptionist walked me through the new patient paper work and checked us in and asked if we needed water or tea and then made friendly conversation with my daughter and I. She was so hospitable and I appreciated that we could experience that at an urgent care facility. Dr Michael Steiner saw my daughter and he was SO awesome! He walked in and greeted her first and really listened to her and treated her with so much kindness and didn't "talk down" to her. He listened to her fears about getting her ears checked with an otoscope when they were hurting so much and he reassured her in a way that really resonated with her and eased her fears. By the end of the visit they were chatting about books and I loved that he really invested in her as an individual and not just as a patient. He also directly asked her if she had any questions for him and he answered every one of them respectfully and patiently. They were there past closing and not a single employee (out of the 3 there) complained or rushed us. Dr. Steiner is not only a knowledgable and hard-working doctor, but he also has an excellent bedside manner and is great with kids. One last thing: I appreciated how he walked us out to the exit because it was past closing time and how he treated/reacted to the man who was sleeping on the back steps -- that humaneness did not go unnoticed and it and an impact on both my daughter and I. I highly recommend this particular Marque Medical location (sorry I can't speak as to the others) and wish we had you here in Northern California! Thank you so much!

Never a wait, friendly staff, super attentive

Other that initial wait time, the service, staff and follow up was extremely professional.

I really appreciate the fact and care taken by the office staff. We had a really delicate situation and they handled it with the best of care.

I brought my son, James Brennan, into Marque last Wednesday. Brennan was burning up with a 103.5 degree temperature. I was told initially that there was a 45-minute wait. But Charlene happened to come by the front and realized how bad Brennan was feeling. She had him fast-tracked and brought into the back where he immediately got some ibuprofen. Everyone there took great care of Brennan, especially Char and Laini. They were very sweet to him and attentive. Dr. Dowling also was great. This was tough for us, as we were on vacation, but they took great care of Brennan and within a couple of days he was back to normal. Thanks again so much. -Jake Schaller

Stuff was amazing . They welcomed my 4 year old and i with opening arms . I felt very comfortable there . Definitely will be our urgent care center from here on out
