My 86 year old mom was not feeling well, so I bought her to Marque. The front desk person Rachel greeted us with a smile, was very attentive, and patient. The office was very clean, and well organized. Although it seemed like 100 % outside that they, it was breezy and nice inside of the office. Also, my mom and I were in the waiting room watching the big screen TV when Jennifer asked us who wants, tea, coffee or water. I believe was the office manager and she was on her way, and asked every one in the waiting room, and there were at least 8 or 9 of us in there. Well, most of us said yes I had a green tea, my mom had coffee. It was delicious in a commercial type coffee cup with a lip and a straw. I MUST SAY MY MOM AND I FELT PAMPERED OH I almost forgot we saw the doctor Micheal Stein, and his bedside manner was just great. Thank God for Dr. Micheal Stein cautiousness My mom was seen in the Emergency room for observation and we were able to go home with peace of mind.

Everything was wonderful the way it was longer than expected but understandable. The only problem I had was when the medication wasn’t sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I had to wait for them to resend it for at least an hour and I was already in pain so I was just wanting to get my medication and go

We were on vacation at campland and my daughter had an ear ache so we looked up closest urgent care and found this place. If you’ve never been you have to fill out info just like anywhere but it was easy and on an iPad, which was nice. Place was very clean and staff nice and helpful and took care of my daughter. Didn’t take very long and we were back on vacation in no time. Thank you marque medical

Great service. We are from out of town so I was concerned we would have trouble finding a place to go. I was able to book an appointment and fill out all paperwork online prior to arrival. Reception was great. Offered us a remote session with a doctor to save time, which was a great option. Was able to fill prescription in office. Total appointment took 30 minutes.

Making an apppintemnet makes it so much easier regarding time and wait. Staff were very nice and helpful and very attentive. The doctor was very nice and made the visit fun and easy on my child.

Quality of care was excellent, doctor was quick with diagnosis once ears were clear. Supporting staff were friendly and professional. Timeliness was outstanding, spoke with doctor within an hour of (early) arrival and less than 5 minutes after vitals were gathered and medical background was confirmed. Exterior was undergoing remodeling so parking was minimal but found a spot near the entry. Interior waiting/lobby area as clean as can be expected for a public area. Inside treatment areas were pristine and smelled of proper disinfectants. Medical supplies properly protected. If urgent care is required again Marque Medical in La Mesa would be my first choice.

I really felt at ease during my vidit at Marque Medical. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Les who took his time talking to me and making sure I felt assured. The overall staff are just so friendly and caring. I highly recommend this place! It’s rare to feel so much trust in doctors that you have just met two seconds ago, but Dr. Les was able to build my trust instantly. Thank you so much to the staff here!

This has been my second visit, everyone has always been awesome. They recognized me & are just always all around great. My appointment this time didn’t require x-rays so I was in & out quickly. I made my appointment online for 4:29pm & left at 5:18pm. Very quick. Facility looked clean as always

This is the best Uegent Care I have ever been to. Love that I can make an appointment the night before. I was tAken back exactly on time. Very friendly staff and very clean. Love it they there was not a bunch of sisk people in lobby coughing and sneezing. I was in and out very timely. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvements. Love this place

When you or your child is not feeling well, the last thing you want is a grumpy front office, or long lines waiting to be seen. This urgent care is GREAT. Seriously, they are the best. Their staff is always super helpful and very caring! I love that you can schedule an appt for the next day from your cell phone! I'm so thankful for Marque Urgent Care in Mission Viejo!

Never like going to the doctor, but at Marque Medical the great doctors and friendly staff make it easy, even when you are at your worst. The facility is very clean and the attention to your needs is great. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if another urgent matter comes up, we'll definitely go here first!

Professional and kind. They are efficient and have great communication skills. The nurses and doctors are always forthcoming with their thoughts so you’re never left guessing. The wait time is not usually log either (max 10-15 mins).
