This was my far my best experience at an urgent care facility. I was able to call ahead and make a reservation which was a huge plus. The front desk staff was courteous and professional as was the nurse and PA that attended me. The wait was not long at all and the office was clean and modern.

This is an excellent facility. The doctor was thorough and carefully explained my condition and the plan for future treatment. Every staff member iwas pleasant and kind and the facility is atractive and very clean. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care. Thank you for going above and beyond the norm.

My experience at Marque Urgent Care went about as expected. The facility was tidy, if a bit dated. My wait time was brief, as I was there first thing in the morning, which was nice. The receptionist was kind and professional. Nurse was very reassuring, even through the technical issue he experienced with his computer. My physician was attentive and understanding and let me anxiously vent while explaining the treatment to me calmly and gently. All in all it was a positive experience and I am very likely to return.

I always get called back within a reasonable amount of time, I feel cared about and listened to by all the staff.

I go to the one in Buena Park. The staff and the. Doctors are very kind. The facility is always clean and the time of services varies depending on urgencies. But for the most part I’m usually seeing on time. They also helped my grandma when she wasn’t feeling well. I definitely would recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Had to return because I was not getting better. I really felt as if the team was genuinely concerned and took steps/tests to rule out any and everything. Came home with a prescription and have been feeling better already. Everyone at Marque is professional and caring.

Other than waiting more than an hour to be seen, I was very happy with the service and treatment I received. The doctor who saw me called me personally after my visit to discuss my test results. The nurse, Onassis, was very efficient and caring. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received at Marque Urgent Care.

I have to say I have a lot of experience in the medical field. Marque medical in Pacific Beach has GREAT customer service. They all are great but especially Marilee! PA Karen has a great bedside manner and is very professional also. I was not fond of the virtual doctor however. It was not efficient in my opinion and the doctor that was on the other side didn’t have a good bedside manner. This is an important factor when going to urgent care visits.

I was pleased with all 3 of the services above. I gave a 5 star rating on yelp.

Everyone was very friendly, willing to help and very professional. The office was very clean and I liked the board that showed my wait time. I had the pleasure of seeing Les Mershon, PA and could not have been happier. What a true professional with a great bedside matter. I felt totally confident that he know what he was talking about. I went into the clinic and I noticed that the name was changed to something else I was kind of hesitant at first but then it seemed to be okay after them calling me back they told me that I would see the doctor over the computer I don't know the exact terminology of what they call that but it seemed to be okay the doctor looked at my bumps because I had some that were itching and bothering me he gave me all of his undivided attention and also gave me my prescription and a diagnosis I would recommend this Clinic hands down to any one of my family members and friends that I know great job

I didn’t have to wait too long to be helped staff members and Dr. were pleasant provided me with the right treatment. Facility utilizes proper hygiene measures.

Was not there for medical care, just my job required test.
