Fast, clean, easy check out and doctor seemed to care.

The office was clean and kept up. Everyone was polite and friendly, and I felt well cared for. I liked that I was able to make an appointment online and was able to be seen quickly. Thank you for all that you do!

Easy to book, fast, clean, and thorough staff. Electronically sent prescriptions make it so much easier too. Also, hardly any crime in this area, so it’s very safe at night with plenty of parking.

Hands up to Dr Harrison Kuykendall he helped me throughout the process and prescribed me medication tht actually worked for my diagnosis although; he is the real deal if you need a good doctor . He is very thorough with all his assessment and never leave you hanging ; he has the heart of gold !

I didn’t wait long to get walked in. Check in was very organized and the front desk staff was very friendly. When I met with the physician, I can tell he was very knowledgeable because he was familiar with symptoms from my other ailments which was impressive considering that some of my other specialists are not familiar with my meds and disease.

I have been to the AV Marque Urgent Care a few times before and each time I have had excellent service. The front and back office staff smile and are very friendly with small talk which helps lessen the stress of visiting the Doctor office. Thank you for your care!!

Office staff was very friendly and so was the doctor. Only thing that is difficult is that the doctor won’t be back for a week and not sure how long i have to wear the boot on my foot. But overall great!

From the moment i walked in the staff was prompt friendly and a nurse who was on her way out for the day greeted me and checked me in . I walked in at 1:45pm on a tuesday with no appt. Yet was seen and only had to wait for 10 mins. I was seen by dr.les mershon who was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. The doctor explained and answered my questions and i was discharged by 2:41pm . They even called in my medication so it was waiting to picked up by the time i got to c.v.s. Great service and will be telling my friends about this urgent care ...

Very nice facility, the receptionists were kind, helpful, & diligent keeping things clean & sanitized, the nurse was also kind & personable. The Doctor was too & the male nurse.

I saw Dr Les Mershon and he took care of my illness right away. The front desk was extra friendly.

The quality and service I received was one of the best experiences I have had at a clinic. The reason I picked this clinic was 1. They had a on site X-ray machine And 2. All the Yelp reviews helped me decide. I did call in advance and talked to the receptionist and explained my situation. I thought I may have dislocated my shoulder. I did set up an appointment with her and got right in. From the time I arrived til the time I left the staff and doctor was very professional and caring. I received a call the next day from a doctor checking up on me. I found this to be so wonderful and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you for the prompt and professional service

Friendly staff

This was my first experience with Marque. The facility was clean and nicely air conditioned. I was informed how long the wait would be and it was very accurate. I appreciated receiving a text 30 minutes in advance of the appointment time. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The nurse and physician were both excellent and provided first rate medical care. I would not hesitate to return to Marque.
