I was pleased with the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff at Marque Medical. They were efficient and communicated often so that each step of their service was anticipated(not left sitting in a room). The response to my medical issue was accurately assessed and treated. Thank you.

All employees were cheerful, helpful and skilled. Very clean facility.

Scheduled an appointment for my Mom who suddenly suffers from dizziness, and vomiting, thru yelp. Showed up at the scheduled time, Lisa checked us in, registration took about 10 minutes. Rita took my mom’s vital signs and list of meds and mom’s chief complaints/symptoms. They were both very nice and easy to talk to. Then in the next 10 minutes from then, Dr. Pollier saw my mom, and examined her. He was very polite and knowledgeable, my mom fell in love with him hehe, I think that made her feel better. The facility is very clean and organized from the front to back offices, even their bathrooms. For someone who is visiting the country and does not have insurance, it is also affordable, to see a doctor and get prescription. I will definitely refer my family and friends here should it needed.

The facility is clean with entertainment in the lobby while you wait. The office staff was courteous and prompt. Limited wait time for the medical staff to take vitals and weight. The Dr. was prompt, efficient and professional.

Dr. White was detailed in discussing the findings of my urinanalysis & ruling out a urinary tract infection as I thought I may have. I have uti & flu-like symptoms that have occurred & worsened over the past 5 days. At the front desk, Sara, Erin & another lovely young lady with dark, wavy hair, assisted me with the tablet sign-in/patient info. process. Water was offered but I had my own. I was seen quickly & am happy with the visit tho' I am unwell without medical clarity. A more detailed urinalysis is underway & Dr. White said I would receive a call with results in about 3 days. I'm relying on rest, fluids & Acetaminophen in the meantime. Thank you team Marque Medical for a good job of care.

Great service

I’m very happy about the care I received. It was thoughtful, thorough, and kind. All I staff I dealt with were friendly and caring, and I felt they were all very competent. They addressed my concerns head-on and I never felt I was being judged or talked down to. Though no one enjoys having to use urgent care, I’m glad I chose Marque.

I was in horrific pain and they took care of me immediately. Professional people with very knowledgable staff. Nice facility, too.

I walked in experiencing great pain from a burn on my arm as a result of a curling iron fumble. I walked out pain free after they applied some magic salve. WHEW! What a relief! Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly.

Was seen quickly by the doctor who was absolutely wonderful and patient. We love coming here for care and highly recommend this clinic.

Clean and very friendly staff. Wait time was very minimal and the staff were discreet and comforting.

It was nice to schedule an appt. and not wait in an office with people who are not feeling well for 6 hours. Everyone was kind and helpful. LOVE that there is a TV in the rooms to pass the time.

I have visited this urgent care facility a few times in the past couple of years. I have always felt welcomed by the staff. The wait is not bad at all. Dr. Alexander is amazing and very attentive. The follow up call to see how you are feeling, is the best. They show they care about their patients. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful and belpful

I hadn’t been to this urgent care since it changed from Partners to Marque. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was very happy when I walked into their professional atmosphere and was greeted by the very helpful receptionist. I waited only 10-15 minutes before Dean took me back, checked my vitals, and took my health history. Great guy! Very reassuring and friendly. I explained to Dr. Appelbaum the increasing pain that was spreading down and below my jaw bone and putting pressure on my ear, and he got it right— it was a deep tooth abscess! Ugh. I left with an Rx for antibiotics and within 24 hours, the pain was down significantly! I’ll be at the dentist first thing on Monday. It would’ve been a miserable weekend if I hadn’t gone to Marque on Friday night.
