Always have a good experience at Marque. My family has used the clinic in Mission Viejo and RSM. Always great care by doctors and all of the staff! I’m so happy Marque is close to my home and that the RSM location has an X-ray machine. Marque also takes my Monarch insurance so that’s a big plus!! Marque gets thumbs up from this family!!

Although the reason for having to visit Marque was not fun, I had a fabulous experience with Marque. The medical and administrative staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. The facility was clean and comforting. I did not have to wait long to be seen and treated. And, the staff followed up with me after my visit to ensure that I was recovering. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent care in the Newport area.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted in such a friendly personal manner! Every person that I interacted with expressed friendliness and showed personal interest and care in me personally. I was amazed to get a follow up call from the doctor the very next day!

The wait wasn't long and the nurses made me feel comfortable. Was glad I got some piece of mind during my visit and am even going back for screenings not suggested by my own PCP.

From an Urgent Care perspective, Marque is a hidden gem. Most have long waits with others suffering from probable contagious diseases. Have not had that experience at Marque… twice… once when my wife needed care, and now me. For both visits the staff and doctors were stellar.

The wait was a little longer than expected, there was one other person in the waiting area and me and I still had to wait almost an hour. But once I got in the female dr that treated me made it all good. I’m glad I waited.

It was a very long wait but the staff was patient and kind. I adored speaking with them and they kept me happy. They constantly asked if I needed anything and offered yogurt! A great experience.

They were efficient, calm, kind, thorough, and the doctor was able to treat me very effectively with all my concerns covered. It was like going to an ER and having everything streamlined. So if your insurance covers this it’s a wonderful option! And if your insurance doesn’t cover this it’s still way cheaper than going to a hospital. They will help you match to some type of coverage if necessary .

My wife and I were traveling from HI to MD, and arrived in San Diego very late Fri night on 1 day layover to visit our daughter. We each had very bad colds that had migrated into bronchitis and sinus, with major coughs and affecting our hearing and breathing. We went to Marque Medical Sat morning and were immediately checked in and seen by Nurse and Doctor very quickly. We were able to be diagnosed and receive our prescription medicine at the facility, and were on our way to getting healthy in less than 1 hour. We had Excellent and professional service, with very quick support. Having the ability to get the prescription filled on-site and not having to go to a pharmacy, was a blessing for time and general efficiency while not feeling well. The facility was easy to find, had ample and free parking (with voucher), and is located in a nice place of town. It was very clean and well outfitted with nice amenities for sick patients (tissue, hand sanitizer, TV, etc). I highly recommended this Urgent Care facility to my daughter and boy friend, other locals, and anyone visiting San Diego.

Both my husband and I were sick and decided we needed to have a visit to urgent care. The short wait and the quick information process allowed us to see the doctor at a fast pace. He took the time to listen to both of us and prescribed the right medication to help us feel better before we had to fly home the next day. Kudos to the doctor, the nursing assistant and the administrative staff for all their help.

My first time at Marque Medical was pleasant. It didn’t take very long to be seen by the assistant and doctor. The front desk associates were friendly and accommodating asking all the patients if we needed something to drink. I also appreciated filling out required documentation as a first time patient by tablet instead of handwriting everything. I Strongly recommend this facility if you’re looking for efficiency and friendliness. Thanks for everything Marilee and Doc!

It was a great experience. I scheduled my appointment online, they texted me when I needed to leave, I filled out paperwork, they saw me, took X-rays, explained everything and I was done. Straightforward and quick!

I made an appointment over the phone for the same morning and was seen by Dr. Wade, very caring and thorough. I had two follow up appointments, both with excellent doctors. The nurses who assisted were friendly, skilled and informative. All my questions and concerns were satisfied, and I have a "laid back" personality, but I felt that my concerns were welcomed. The facilities were clean and spacious. Will be back the next time I have a need!
