My friend refer this urgent carr to me. Because going to balboa for urgent care tales forever to be seen. I experienced it already it takes hours to get seen. My friend told me this urgent care that accept tricare. Read the review some are good some are not so good. But how will i know if i'm not going. I even ask my husband then he said give it a try. I went the staff at frint desk was approachable. They see how bad my coughing is they offered me tea and water. After my registration. I saw the lady because i touch the ipad. One thing i noticed she is wiping it. Which is good. ✔️ For me for that. They called me brought me to the room. Dr Karen came she is so calm asking how i feeling. I really like her so gentle and approachable. I really recommend this Marque Urgent Care. Awesome Staff. Awesome Dr Karen P.

It was very good I walked in while on vacation, had a problem with something inside my nose took me in very quickly got my prescription very comfortable setting peaceful staff thank you for your help

A couple of years ago, the staff was always sweet and very pleasant. The doctor were occasionally a little grumpy. Now however, both doctors and staff are very pleasant.

Quality and care from physician and staff was excellent, timeliness of service was expeditious, and the facility was attractive and well maintained. If I need medical attention in the future, and my internist is unavailable, I will be paying Marque Medical another visit.

I had a very very good experience with Marque Urgent Care. I got an infection after a molar was removed and was in a lot of pain. I received immediate care, the doctor was very nice and wrote me a prescription which they faxed to Rite Aide next door. What a relief. The place was immaculate. I am glad they are close by.

The urgent care center is spotless. I didn't wait long for a Dr. Staff is not only friendly, but also extremely competent. Dr Sims is an excellent physician. She ordered X-rays and explained the results in detail. She delivers quality care. I live in Laguna Beach but will drive to Newport Beach for this level of care and expertise. This is my second visit to Marque and is now my Go-To urgent care center.

The medical technicians I worked with were kind and considerate. Octavio the med tech / nurse(?) had a great sense of humor was understanding and accepting. Dr. White was professional, efficient and warm. The front desk women were kind, efficient, positive and uplifting.

I really love that they greeted me with a courteous manner and in a concerned way. They took the time to listen to my the symptoms I was having although it was negative, they suggested and took the initiative to take other test.
