I loved this place! Efficient, clean, very professional, the staff are great and the Dr. Was very attentive and listened. I walked out very satisfied with their impeccable service. Thank you for being right down the street (conveniently located) as I have a phobia in going to see any doctor for my health care needs, your team made it simple and easy. This is a quality care facility I recommend to anyone needing urgent care. Bless you all!

I got in quickly & both the nurse & the doctor gave me very useful info. The doctor was thorough in his exam, finding an illness that I hadn't even suspected.

Mission Viejo Positive: My 1st visit. Lobby and patient rooms very clean and nice, very comfortable. My doctor and her assistant were great. Didn't get to spend much time with them as I was treated quick!!! Negative: I called the next day to ask a question and was told they could not answer it over the phone, so i came in back. I was then informed I would have to pay again to see the Dr (less than 12 hours later) I don't think that's right at all :(

Front office staff helpful, friendly, and efficient (altho I had trouble with the extensive need for me to enter so much info, esp medications and medical history, on the electronic pad. I could have written faster and better on paper. ... Dr was especially good: he listened; quickly and efficiently, dealt with my problem; and provided appropriate information for me to follow up.

Both receptions were really nice along with the Doctor. One thing you need to be ready for is typing your medical history on there tablet. Other then that, theirs much else to say. They took my insurance so hands down that was the best part. The office was very clean and there was almost no wait but I just got luckily with that.

They were very busy when I showed up without an appointment. As usual when we don’t feel well we can be a little impatient but all the staff was extremely nice. Thanks I feel great.

A very positive experience. The Doctor did an excellent job in repairing the dog bite on the c\back of my hand. The technician was very good in taking all my medical info and preparing my hand for the Doctor. All of the above was done in a very timely manner. I was impressed with the facilities.

I was in and out within 30 min. the nurse was really cool, Ian was his name i think. Dr. White was straight to the point and got me the meds I needed.

The staff at Marque were very welcoming and efficient. We had a minimal wait time and they even gave my little kids some snacks while they waited! Once we were back to get seen it was only an additional ten minutes before we were out the door with a diagnosis and prescription! I will be using Marque Urgent Care for all of my future urgent care needs.

You never fail to satisfy. Dr. Wilson is knowlegeable and pleasant. The office staff is always cordial, and the facility is clean and attractive. The medical information on the walls of the individual waiting rooms is interesting to read while I wait for the doctor. Thanks for the good experience.
