Physician and staff professional

The staff are excellent , every one of them ! What could have been an horrific experience turned into the highlight of my day for several weeks. I returned daily to get my dressing changed. Every day I was greeted with a friendly smile, encouraging reassuring words, and they actually “seemed” happy to see me. The.facility was impeccable and the professionalism was very impressive. All in all a good experience and YES I would recommend Marque Urgent Carr

Been in this facility before n I’ve seen a lot of improvement. Waiting time wa tremendously shorter than before n the front end associates were very helpful. I recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you for my treatment.

Excellent experience. Kind and thoughtful staff that took great care of me. The Dr was wonderful and seemed to know exactly what was wrong and treated me accordingly. Have not had good experiences with Urgent Care facilities in the past, Marque is the exception and I would not hesitate to go again, if needed.

It was great My waiting time total was less than an hour

The doctor was great with me and my child. So was the nurse, he was compassionate with my son. It’s not often I see this. I left really happy.

Waiting room was clean & well kept. The front desk staff & back office person extremely friendly. The wait time was minimal. I would recommend to a friend.

Although it is a urgent care office, and the wait may be long sometimes, I love coming here. They make sure you get everything you need done while your there. The physicians and staff are awesome.

Nice new, clean facility. The physician as well as the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait long at all after filling out some forms.

Great customer service by the Medical Assistant. Doctor followed up with me but provided no documentation in the office or details (how long should I keep it on / diagnosis). Need to work on that. Luckily, the XRAY tech had outstanding customer service skills and provided documentation. Awesome early hours. Billing practices should be changed. But this is on par for most urgent care setups. All in all, very good experience with some minor items to work on. I would recommend.

I received very prompt and thorough service after I had received a stingray bite in the nearby ocean. Dr Baeker was very excellent in explaining everything. I highly recommend their services.

Staff were great and very friendly! Didn’t have to wait long and facility was very clean. Very pleased with my visit.

The process of seeing me as a first time patient was efficient, friendly and fortunately I didn’t have to wait too long!

This is the second time I take my daughter to Marque Urgent Care. Both times they have given my daughter exceptional service. The wait was 5 min at the most. The staff is super friendly and the doctor is amazing with children. He asks very detailed questions and seems to genuinely care. My daughter normally hates doctors and usually gives them a hard time during examinations. This doctors even made her laugh. She did as she was instructed and when we left she said “He’s a really good doctor mom. I always want to come to him.”

The Dr. was super nice and obviously knew his stuff. I've been sick for two weeks but comming back FAST thanks to the doctor there!! Paperwork was a bit much, but that's a pretty minor down side. Nice facillity. Five stars no problem!

It had all three criteria listed above on my visit. They were extremely helpful and pleasant,too. I was there when they opened and I was home with my meds within an hour! We were flying out of town later in the day, so I am extremely grateful for their efficient service!All staff was VERY helpful! I was impressed and pleased to make my flight.

All three criteria were excellent. I have been to this clinic with the prior owner; it appeared cleaner and office staff were calm,friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing,
