I have only been to this urgent care twice this year. since the change, I have seen a vast improvement. I have yet to wait more than a half an hour to be seen by the medical staff. I've been lucky so far, I haven't been there when it's too busy. keep up the good work.

Almost no wait!! No longer than the time it took me to fill in the medical information forms. Friendly, knowledgable and very caring staff in a very professional environment. The best part of the experience was Dr. Alexander about whom we can't speak highly enough. We were impressed with his bedside manner, his expertise in assessing my fracture and possible tendon issue, as well as his in- depth explanation of the anatomy of the foot and what I should do until I can see a foot specialist. We left feeling very cared for and secure in his professional recommendations.

I went there when it was partners health group, and I went when it Was Marque Medical, I much preferred the later. The girls at the Reception were so nice and got me processed quickly. I was having trouble breathing, I was taken in the back within 5 mins, the nurse was wonderful and I just loved the doctor, they both were very concerned about my problem and got me fixed up and Out of there in about an hour and a half after doing a few tests. I would recommend this place to my family and friends! Thank you guys for everything. Oh and the guy who did my x Ray was great he Was so funny made me feel better!!!!!

Wonderful friendly staff and when I stopped in on a holiday and asked how long the wait time was they were honest with anticipated wait time. I didn't have an emergency that couldn't wait until the next business day. They also confirmed for me accepting my insurance since I'm visiting from out of town. Didn't have to wait too long to see MD and was glad for ability to get help.

Easy process. Scheduled appointment online and promptly roomed after arriving. There less than one hour total and pleased even though waited almost 30 in room before examined by MD.

Was taken care of right away. The staff was very helpful and got me the treatment I needed and fast. Also received a call from one of the staff members following up with me. Would definitely go back! Dr Pollei was amazing and had an incredible bedside Manet. He truly cares about his patients and wants to help. He seemed very empathetic and is very knowledgeable as well, commiserated with my pain and was not condescending or aloof like some urgent care doctors that have treated me. He's also the first doctor that has given me a fist bump upon my successfully leaving a grime sample, which was pretty funny and also helped me not focus so much on the pain I was having. Everyone I encountered this morning, including the receptionist, the attending nurse, and the doctor, were very courteous, caring, and patient in listening to my description of the health issues I've been dealing with over the last ten days or so. The doctor explained the treatment to be employed and the ways in which I would probably respond. They called in prescriptions to my pharmacy, which were ready by the time I arrived there. I was very satisfied with my experience and am feeling better already (it is now 7:30pm on the day of my visit), I think due in large part to the injection I received. Should I need to go to urgent care again, I wouldn't hesitate to come to Marque Medical's office. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience. Traveling for work really wears you down. I had been sick for a week or so and just got home. I don’t know the area that well but looked it up online. Coming in I was greeted and did the normal paper work on a iPad “way better then writing it all out”. Before I was done filling it out, I was called in a room. The doctor came in and diagnosed me and on my way I went. It was a no nonsense place. They really take care of the patient. Is horrible Been sick, but worst when you are waiting forever. Thank you for the great experience.
