It was a good experience the doctor seem to be very confident the staff was very helpful.

Quality of care was excellent and exceedied my expectations. The look and cleanliness of the facility was modern, immaculate, and welcoming. The staff was helpful, engaging, compassionate, and very professional.

The Dr. was great and exceeded my expectations. He asked me lots of thoughtful questions and listened to what I was telling him. I was happy with how he took my suggestions about what I thought was going on with my daughter and used his expertise to make the final recommendations. I was also pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the nurse/aid was when she first took us back. We are greatful to the team for their quality work and would recommend this clinic for sure.

It is great!!! I also like that they stay open until 10pm

I received world class customer service. I was cheerfully greeted the moment I walked in. My personal information, insurance information, and payment was promptly collected. Privacy was the main concern of all staff. I was asked directly about my visit by the nurse and again by the physician. I know that I received the best care. Thank you.

Very good Customer/Patient Service, liked the digital tablet check in & tablet Patient form process. Dr. Les Mershon had the perfect treatment plan. Nurse/Medical Asst. Dean gave me my hip shot and asked me to take a breath in as he administered shot and it was painless. Thank you so much for getting me out of pain so I can continue working with my bursitis.

I just love the way that the doctor takes her time to really understand wants going on with me and takes her time to really find out what the problem is. The front desk is always great on getting us registered quickly and always friendly and welcoming when we come in.. the nurses are always so helpful and always have a smile on there face and that’s really refreshing to me.. all I can say is keep up the great job you guys are doing and I appreciate your urgent care center

I had to bring my 4 and 2 year old children into urgent care at dinner-time, after my 4 year old fell. The front desk staff were so friendly, kind, and professional. They helped me get registered quickly. The nurses were very friendly and kind to my children. The doc was great. My daughter was very frightened about the prospect of getting stitches and he was able to calm her down and make her laugh. He was warm, kind, and patient. I truly appreciated how the staff accommodated my family - and got us in and out as quickly as possible. The facility was also very clean.

PA was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He was concerned for my ear infection and my comfort. All this happened before a discussion came up that I am a physician. He passed with flying colors and now I know how he treats all his patients!! I am from out of town and would not hesitate to return for care Thank you

Had a big problem with my insurance coverage.....front office did their best to handle and accommodated me beautifully! Dakota and Alyssa are very kind and caring office staff! Our first visit since changing from Partners, extremely happy! We we're in and out within an hour, doctor listened to our issues, gave a through exam, treated and released. Very pleasant experience.

My visit was great. I got to this location when they opened, the process was okay, but I guess they need to ask these questions so they can get people the service they need. I was in and out!

I had never visited this urgent care before and honestly would rather not go into an urgent care period but was so pleasantly surprised about my experience here. First, went in on Cinco de Mayo before heading to a friends house for festivities. I had a derm issue on my foot and was frightened about the way it was healing and was worried about infection. I basically couldn’t sleep the night before and wanted some piece of mind. The staff was friendly and I got in within 15 minutes of being there (had new patient paperwork, of course). The nurse was awesome, he was just upbeat and professional. Then the doctor came in who was equally as upbeat and awesome. He told me he was a plastic surgion helping out that night and just could not have been more perfect for my situation. On top of being so kind, he cleaned up my wound, gave me advice & just made me feel 100% better. Will definetly be back... if I have another situation like this & can’t make it to my doctor. So perfect. What a nice surprise!
