We were very impressed with the efficiency of the physician. Within a few minutes we (my son and I), were diagnosed, our prescription was called in to our pharmacy and ready by the time we got home. The triage person was very cool and my son really liked him. (My son rarely likes anyone). The front desk got us checked in and the wait was maybe 7 minutes. (We were there on a Friday at noon.) we will definitely be back!

Brain was the best nurse he gave me a shot an I didn’t feel an the doctor that I seen was kind an understanding, I didn’t have to wait long an the office was clean.. I like going their because they take good care of you

Things I look for when going to the doctors: The facility: Clean The Wait: Acceptable Staff: Professional, courteous, and friendly The 68K question is would I ever go back and the answer is YES!! Should the necessity arise and I was given a choice of where to go, I would go here first. I can also sincerely refer them as my experience was a good one. If you are on the fence deciding where to go when Urgent care is needed, this is an office worthy of consideration depending on the needs of the patient of course.

The medical staff were very professional and caring. I called before to see how long the wait was. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and put us on the list and sent us the paperwork before we arrived so we had the option of filling it out at home to save some time. Unfortunately I waited to fill the paperwork out at the office. Next time, I will do that prior to arriving. Lastly, I noticed how clean Marque was--to the waiting room, to the exam room.

The staff was amazing. I went in to the clinic with ear pain and they spent almost an hour cleaning my ear of wax and making me feel better. The Dr. also recommended a homeopathic remedy for my allergies that I was happy to know about instead of chemicals. I am so glad I went to Marque medical.

fantastic service and care from the front desk receptionist, to London the vitals taker, Dr Stacey And her assistant James.everything went smooth ,no pain during the procedure ,great explanation for every step.everyone personality and politeness shine. without the hassle of the hospitals emergency rooms waiting. I was very pleased with my experience at Marque Urgent Care today. The receptionist, Jill, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She took time to explain the check in process & paperwork. She was extremely friendly and offered comfort during a difficult time. Dean, the PA, was also very kind and professional. He listened to my health concern and assured me that they would take excellent care of me. He was likable and relatable. Most importantly, the doctor saw me within a reasonable time. She was also very sweet. I’m happy that I chose to be seen at their office.

My experience was a great one! Upon arriving I was told there was an exceptionally long wait BUT I had the option to make a reservation in line and could come Back! This was soooo awesome for me because I was worried I would be out in time to pick up my kids from school and I had to be seen that day. I was able to leave grab my babies and come back. Huge relief! I received a text to let me know when to return with ample time (1 hour) was able to return, and was in and out in less than an hour. I LOVE how hey use the IPADS for getting info. I saw other people struggling but it was a breeze for me! The staff was excellent and even saw one front desk staff (I believe her name was Taryn) deal with a not so nice customer in a very professional And respectful manner. Les my doctor was very personable and friendly. He took the time to explain my illness and how to treat it. My prescription was sent electronically for me and was waiting for me when I got to the pharmacy. I will DEFINITELY recommend this place to my friends and family

Dr. Ranya Alexander is very nice. Talked to patient (my son) and myself in a very pleasant and understanding manner, assessed my son's health situation, and communicated very well on the next steps. Other team members were also very nice. Overall quality of care, look, and cleanliness are good. There was some waiting time but I understand, since it was Sunday.

From time of entering Marque Urgent Care, until release to injury, the Reception, Nursing & Doctor's involved, over a two week period, were exceptional. Went in, expected to wait forever and be told there’s nothing they can do. In actuality, we went in and registered ourselves and about 10 minutes later we were seen and helped that day with the prescriptions needed.

I am so thankful to have this urgent care near my house! The inside is clean and welcoming - not hospital-looking - more warm and relaxing. Although it's the care I got there that made my experience. I developed a bad rash on my face that I made a visit for two times. The rash got worse unfortunately but the second time I went in they were prepared for me, took a skin swab and immediately put me on an antibiotic. It began to clear up and I actually didn't expect to hear back from the doctor since I've had cardiologists and rheumatologists not call me back for important things. None the less, I was called right when they got he results back and it turned out to be MRSA! These great doctors saved my face, the nurses were so sweet and the front desk was kind and helpful, I'm so lucky to be close by to this establishment! Thank you Marque!

Excellent. Courteous welcome, easy process, was seen within minutes, Technician (Navy Trained) work rapid and thorough, and no waiting for the Physician, who rendered an accurate diagnosis (Pneumonia) and fitting prescription. Next day phone call follow-up a very nice thing to do.

I am from out of town I caught a cold on my trip. MUC staff and physician was wonderful I was able to see the doctor without having to wait a long time. My experience was wonderful.
