Absolutely wonderful. First of all it's in a great part of Orange County, clean waiting room, staff very helpful and kind. Waiting time was nothing as I was a walk-in. Offered snacks and water while in the waiting room. Dr. very kind and knew what was wrong with me. Staff even greeted us upon leaving. This place was awesome. :)

The staff was excellent. Very helpful especially when it came to the electronic pad thing. This is about my third time there and have been treated well every time. They even did a follow up phone call to see how I was doing. One complaint. Those pads to do the paperwork, horrible. Frustrating and difficult. They dont lose a star because that is not their fault. They seem to try their best with the messed up tools they are given. I would go back.

I received excellent care. I was treated with great courtesy by the office staff and had a short wait time. The physician who treated me, Dr. Steiner, was thoughtful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His recommended treatment for my somewhat unusual condition worked beautifully, and within a couple of days I felt much better, He even called the pharmacy personally to give instructions on the medication. The office needs a facelift, which according to posted signage is about to happen with a remodelling. Cleanliness, perhaps related to overall wear and tear, was not great.

Marque turned my awful urgent care experiences in the past into a quick, easy and actually pleasant visit. Both the front desk staff and doctors that I had have were extremely attentive and efficient. I was also impressed by how fast I was able to be seen and how beautiful and clean the facility was. I will be only using Marque for my urgent care needs from now on

This place was awesome. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was missing my proper insurance card, and they got all sortedwith just a few questions. I was really worried about my issue, but the doctor examined me and answered all of my questions. Having medicine available there is great too. I ended up not even needing to go to CVS. Also, how can you not love that they’re open on Sunday?

I use Marque Urgent Care when ever I have medical issues on weekends or late hours. That is how I discovered Marque in the first place. I was in need on getting an injury that had turned into an infection treated after work. At the time my work was in Los Angeles and by the time I would have returned to the area all my old Urgent care places I had used before were closed. That is when I discovered Marque. Their staff is great and help you with all the sign in stuff if you have questions. They're fast, the docs are great and have always are concerned not only with the present injury or illness, but your long term heath as well. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed. I use them now for all my urgent care mattes.

The Physicians and Staff at Marque were wonderful with my daughter. They were kind and thoughtful. The doctor was thorough and provided an extensive follow up care routine. The wait was a little long, but the staff checked in several times and were apologetic for the longer than normal wait. Every time we go to Marque the treatment my family receives is top notch!!

Dr. Harrelson was excellnt. He was thorough and was able to ascertain that we had the flu after a swab test. He was exceptional. We like Marque because of all the services within the office. The receptionists were warm and helpful too. The two male nurses were friendly and kind.

It's nice you can see the wait times and make an apt online. Saves a lot of waiting around. Doctor was very professional at time of visit and even called to see how I was doing 3 days later! I'd go see these guys again.

Made an appointment. Waited 50 minutes. Seen by caring, nice physician's assistant, then physician. Excellent, care, communication. Got 3 x-rays. Very efficient. Nice facility. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Dr Simms was very thorough and professional. The cleanliness of the facility was great. The wait wasn’t that long before being seen. An antibiotic was prescribed and Dr Simms advised that I could purchase from them or they would call it into the pharmacy of my choice...I liked that!

Very nice attention by receptionist, told us an approximate time of vate which was shorter. The male nurse was extremely nice and made my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Walker is the best he took care of my daughters overall symptoms and asthma she started her treatment as soon as we walked out and got her medicine. She’s feeling better for her Bonita Vista music machine show choir competition today at Chula Vista High! Thanks again! Great team and the best doctor! Maria T Gonzalez

I had a cute in my arm while doing some yard work and i knew this was the place to come to, everyone here helped me and was really nice, Kristina, Jill, Les (i think this was the doc.), Oscr, David, i got my hand stiched here and it want really smooth and good for a first time i always recommend this place for everyone.

The ataff was courteous and friendly. They eve offered everyone in the waiting room water, tea or coffee. A nice touch. The wait was long but tolerable because they have a monitor to show where on the waitlist I was and gave an approximate length of time for my wait. The doctor was terrific. Although I thought I had probably been a bit over zealous in my n ed to see a doctor, he was patient and thorough. If I need urgent care again I’ll definitely go back.

It’s always clean...hardly any waiting time. You actually see a doctor not just a P.A. They check everything...we are never going to another Urgent Care. Plus all the staff if welcoming, helpful and nice.

I was happy that I was seen quickly and the visit was timely as well. No waiting in the room for 20-30min (I hate that!). I did arrive very early so that most likely was a factor. The staff was very friendly and thorough, from the front desk to the nurse/attendant, and the Dr. himself. This is an improvement from the company that was previously in the same location. I will no longer feel resistant to go to Urgent care when my Dr is unavailable.

The front desk and all the doctors and text her all ways friendly. And I love the fact that you can make a reservation time and door if you show up as a walk in they give you an approximate time and you can go about your business until they start telling you to head back to your visit. That is a wonderful aspect

My husband & I were traveling cross country to visit family in Laguna Hills, CA, when I needed medical attention. I was a walk-in patient & pleasantly surprised to be able to check in & electronically provide my medical history quickly & thoroughly via iPad. The facility was modern & well-equipped. I was able to see the doctor within :15 min of completion of my medical history & I was examined and treated promptly. I was very comfortable with my treating physician. He patiently listened to my concerns & treated me with professionalism and respect. Everyone was attentive & respectful from check-in to check-out!

Very responsive: both doctor and office staff. Follow up calls made to me the day after my visit and the day after that. We are only in San Diego part time, but it is good to know that there is reliable medical care, when needed.
