Great experience

I walked right in!! Luckily- it wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday afternoon. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. it’s always clean in there. I’m a returning patient and have no complaints!!

The staff was friendly and as I was a new patient they were helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork. I was seen really quickly and didn't wait long at all.

I love this place! The waiting area is clean and the front desk staff are always friendly! I usually make my appointment online, which is so convenient. Tonight the wait time online said 30 minutes so we took our chances and walked in without an appointment. We were checked in and with the doctor in less than 15 minutes! I especially love the on-site x ray availability since we've needed that a few times with sports injuries. They're open late and have offices all over south Orange County. Thank you and keep up the great service!

I really enjoy my visit at Marque. From Eric In the from office to Rita in the back office were both really pleasant to work with. Considering I was there two days in a row both doctors were amazing and was very pleased with my visit. Although I'm still in pain and not at 100% yet hoping that I heal fast.

I received excellent care at Marque Medical. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Dr. Alexander was as wonderful as a doctor could be. He listened carefully, asked questions, and treated me with care and compassion. He made the right decision regarding my health issue and as a result, I felt better. I just wish he could be my regular doctor! I had one problem when I first arrived. I had to input some information on a small screen. I had a lot of trouble with this and it would have been nice if someone would have helped me. Other than that, everything was first rate and I would recommend this facility without reservation.

clean, fast, professional everything you would want at an urgent care

Staff is friendly love the simplicity, love the doctor and care nurses who took care of me, this would be the clinic I would go to again!

Dr was very nice and didn't just disregard me as a patient like an ER would do. Staff was friendly and upbeat. Service was quick. Waiting room was very nice.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. I checked in around 1:45 and checked out at 3:00. I had 3 people ahead of me. I personally didn’t mind waiting. I don’t care for doctors that see you as another person to push out the door. I really think they have a nice dr working there. His name is Alexander Ranya. He is a older dr that you can tell has compassion for people, which makes a big difference to people! When the dr says to I’m sorry you are not feeling well, let’s see how I can help you feel better! You never hear that anymore!! Having a dr that has great bedside manners and compassion for patients is a win for me!

Everyone at this urgent care center was exceptionally polite, professional, and pleasant to interact with. I walked into the clinic with no appointment during their first hour of business and was seen by a provider within 10 minutes. Everything was very clean and I felt cared about and comfortable for the entirety of my visit. Thank you for everything!

The Attending was very knowledgeable

I came in for a follow-up appointment to get the stitches in my chin removed. The same doctor who stitched up my laceration was also the one to remove the stitches. The task took about 20 minutes and I was sent on my way. The doctor was very professional and so were the staff that I encountered. Great experience and I was thankful to have chosen Marque Urgent Care again.
