Everything was wonderful. The office is clean and well organized; the receptionists are friendly and helpful,and the nurse and P.A. were especially nice and well informed. I didn't have to wait very long for anything, and they phoned a prescription in to my pharmacy right away.

The girls at the front desk went above and beyond out of their way to fax my TB test paperwork to my job, and also scanned the documents and sent them to my email. Very friendly and GREAT customer service

I like being able to make a reservation. My wait time was only 10 minutes. I like being able to fill out the questionnaire on line. Dean was really nice and offered me bottle water. My total time from entry to departure was 45 min. Way to go!! That’s the way to do it. Thank you for doing this and not making me sit in a room full of sick people for a long extended time.

Excellent patient and doctor connection. They are personable and you actually feel so cared for. You don’t feel like you’re being rushed so, they can see more patients. We have completely changed urgent care to Marquee now. From the receptionist to nurse to doctor, excellent customer service!! We’ve already recommended a few of our friends to the Buena Park location and they love it too.

The woman at the front office was extremely nice and welcoming! She had a very positive attitude. The man that took my vitals was very nice and gentle! The Doctor that checked my injury was very knowledgeable and took care of me in a timely manner.The office was clean and air conditioned. My overall experience was perfect! %100 A+

The physician and staff were always friendly knowledgeable and nice. The time of service was pretty good in and out very easy to check and wonderful having a reminder. The facility was very clean!

They were wonderful, I came toward closing with difficulty breathing and sinus infection. I received excellent exam and medication ordered, but the CVS had closed an hour earlier then the information they had. I rushed back because I really needed medication. The doctor and the staff were walking out the door as I had returned. They so kindly unlocked the door and gave me a breathing treatment and I agreed to a shot of antibiotics. They were so kind and concerned and did not make me feel at all uncomfortable for having them stay late. Such a professional staff who truly demonstrate the best in medicine values.

Staff were great special the nurse was helping me in the room. She did a great job for drawing my blood. Nice person and easy to work with. The front desk receptionist was also nice. Working area is neat and clean. Wait time was not too bad.

Lynn at the front desk was very friendly. Leslie the back office helped me with my vitals and made sure to get a good history of my health. Very friendly. I saw Dr Porzio he was amazing, i went in with shoulder pain thinking i might have a serious injury but Dr Porzio tested my range of motion and Dx me with a sprain. He gave me a sling which was dispense there. I also go my medication from there. He said if i am still in pain to come back and do Physical Therapy there. They have everything. One stop shop

I went into the urgent care facility in La Mesa on Saturday, April 14th 2018. I went into the facility after having some stitches ripped back open during a rugby match. The doctor was very help and professional. He was very welcoming to my situation and seemed to handle the stitching with ease. He was also nice to talk to and trying to get me to smile during this time. I had a great experience and the stitches have been healing up very nicely. Thank you!!

I just love this Urgent care due to the Staff and Physician Dr. Wade makes an amazing team from the check in to check out and attending Nurse/MA with their delivery of comfort, care and friendliness during your time there, expertise and cleanliness. I would recommend this the BEST Urgent care in Aliso Viejo and surrounding areas hands down!!! 5 STARS here for certain!!!
