Loved it! Office was very clean. I didnt even have to wait 5 mins before they called me in. The Dr was amazing, so sweet. Girls at the front desk were very sweet! And the nurse, he was very nice as well. So glad I found a nice urgent care close to my home.

Starting w/receptionist, then check-in nurse, finally Dr. Cohen, top-notch service from start-to-finish! I'd recommend this urgent care, without hesitation, to both family & friends.

I was in San Diego on vacation and experienced a massive allergic reaction. I was very nervous about visiting an urgent care in a city I am not familiar with, but was very quickly put at ease by the front desk assistant. Dr. Davis and his team were amazing, which is a good thing, because I had to visit the clinic a second time, as well as consult with him on the phone. As an aside, I did look up reviews which showed as 4.8 out of 5. While we were in the waiting room a little boy came in bleeding. He needed a Band-Aid. The front desk assistant put on some gloves, cleaned up his "boo boo" and put on a really cool Band-Aid. He left with a smile as did all of us that day. I would suggest 5 out 5 is more accurate!

The quality of care was really good. Dr listened to me very patiently despite being so close to the closing time and gave me los of good advices. The front staff was very helpful too! Definitely recommend them!

Marque Medical is very professional very clean facility. The staff is very friendly. The waiting is not bad quick service and the doctor is friendly and give you all the possibility of what is best what to take. I will really recommend this facility to other people.

I was pleased with my experience. The staff are courteous and professional. My exam was quite thorough, and I left in much better condition! My only disappointment was that it took over 2 hours to get a 10 minute procedure. However, I will definitely be back in the event that I need urgent care services.

From the moment I walked in, the process and people were great! Andrew was great with X-rays, Jennifer was so helpful with making me feel comfortable and at ease. Plus she gave me some Goldfish crackers while I waited to be seen by the Doc. She even gave me a sticker on my splint for being a good boy ( I'm 48 but hey everyone likes a little bling right?) And finally , Dr. Mark Wade was great. He just makes you feel comfortable with his demeanor and knowledge. I had always thought that I would not get good service or results from an urgent Car. I WAS WRONG. THANK YOU! KP

I arrived at 810am on sun. was greeted warmly signed in and was seen within 15 min. facility was clean well lit and service was timely an i was given a detailed diagnosis.

It was first time to go Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo. Even it was my first time to take my kid to urgent care, so I was very nervous to bring him because of bad reputation of other places or ERs. HOWEVER, this location was completely different!! First, it was my peace in mind that I could make a reservation by online. Even they show the current waiting time. Second, they send me text message to confirm that I need to come by 10 min. Only difficulty was the location. This place is located at very huge mall, so hard to find it.The place is on the second floor of Bank of America, facing to Aliso Creek Rd. When I arrived, the front desk person was very kind as well as a nurse. There were no waiting at ALL! The process was very smooth and quick. The most I appreciate was a quality of doctors and nurses. The nurse who took care of us was very sweet and kind. She even speaks Japanese. Anyway, the reason why I took my son was I thought his wrist was sprained or maybe broken because I mistakenly pulled his hand quickly to stand him up after bath. Since then my son was crying all night, and could not move his hand. After listen my story, Dr. Alterman was carefully examined my son's wrist, elbow and shoulder. I though my son would need to take X-ray, but Dr. Alterman manually fixed it. He found that my son's elbow was dislocated. Eventually my son started using his elbow, and he said there was no pain at all. I amazed by Dr. Alterman's hand technique, because he is MD, not chiropractors, yet Dr. Altherman has excellent manual hand skills. Overall, I truly appreciated everything about this location. I hope this place stays longer and be a heart of our community.

I have been visiting Marque Medical in Aliso Viejo since it first opened. I do not have a primary care physician so they are pretty much my "Dr. Office." I have always been impressed with the facilities as they are modern and clean, and the professionalism of the staff who are friendly and caring. It can sometimes be busy, but they have an option to be able to check-in online before arriving and it as a great feature to help reduce wait times. The physicians have all been good with a few really exceptional ones. Most recently I had Dr. Cumberland and she was amazing; very sharp and experienced with a fun personality. One of the best medical office experiences anyone could ask for, definitely go see them when needed!

The font desk is very helpful and very clean friendly staff and the doctor is very nice and he know what his doing. A very quick service.I'm very impressed with this facility the treatment that I've got I don't get it from other facility. They will just give me the antibiotic that's it. I highly recommend this facility. And also they open from 7am to 10pm .

People were so nice! Wait time wasn't too long.
