I have always had a good experience here, Dr. Cumberland was really terrific.

Kind staff! Friendly when we walked in. Offered water and snacks. It was a long wait and they thanked us and gave us a coupon for a free ice cream. Very wonderful customer service

This is my third trip to Margue Urgent Care. Each time I'm so pleased with the staff beginning with the front desk, nurses and of course, the Doctors. I always feel a sense of comfort when I leave knowing I've received an accurate diagnosis. I would highly recommend Marque to family & friends.

Early Saturday morning there was no walk in line so I didn't have to wait long. My BCBS insurance was accepted. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Cumberland was friendly and helpful. Prescriptions were easy to fill and not expensive.

I would like to say that the Urgent Care in Rancho Santa Margarita is a great place to go for your medical care. The receptionist named Megan treated me with great care and has a funny sense of humor which is comforting when meeting your first point of contact. The facility is top notch, very clean and my appointment time was up to the minute. I would highly recommend.

I arrived around 8:45 pm and was greeted by Monique who is a very kind and helpful receptionist. After waiting only a few minutes, I was greeted by a friendly male nurse. Then within a few minutes more I was seen by Dr. Young. He quickly diagnosed my ailment and I was able to go across the parking lot to CVS Pharmacy to get my antibiotic before they closed at 10 pm. I am impressed with the friendly staff and quality care I received at this facility.

This is an absolutely awesome Urgent Care. They spoke to me right away they helped me with my issue. The front staff is absolutely friendly. Nurse Carrington never once rushed me and listened to everything that was wrong with me. Doctor Kiskila was very helpful and kind. He listened to me and made sure that he covered all of my questions. Doctor explained everything that could have been wrong with me and gave me a prescription that helped me. This is my new urgent care I'm so happy to have them in the neighborhood.

My family and I have been going to the Aliso Viejo Marque Urgent Care since they opened . The staff is always professional and make you feel comfortable . They are only 5 minutes up the street so it is nice to have it so close. My daughters have been treated there also and won't go anywhere else . On a scale drone one to ten they are definitely a 10.

I had an extremely positive experience at Marque Medical. The staff was very helpful and explained everything they were doing during my visit. I am not from Buena Park and just recently moved here from Louisiana, so I do not have a PCP yet. Dr. Kiskila had a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. He even took the time to get to know me and asked about Louisiana life. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend Marque Medical to others, especially since the wait time was not long either. I was in an out in about an hour.

I've been to Marque Medical several times for several different things. When I can't get to my regular doctor right away, Marque Medical takes care of me. Marque Medical provides top-notch care and always coordinates well with my regular doctor. I consider Marque Medical an important part of my medical care support.

The office lobby presented very well. The room was neat, well organized, and clean. It had basic essentials for patients like tissues, hand sanitizer, and trash cans readily available in multiple locations, which displayed a commitment to customer service and a clean and healthy environment. The staff were very polite and helpful and went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The digital display board offered easy to read status updates to keep clients up to date and help reduce wasted staff time devoted to constantly answering follow up questions. This helped free the staff up to perform their normal duties and assist clients with their documents and other quality of care type issues. The triage area and exam rooms were neat and clean and well organized. The nursing staff and doctor were very welcoming, helpful and polite. It was obvious that this company cares about customer service and trains its staff accordingly. Overall, I had an excellent experience (when I did not feel well) and that says a lot.

Made a reservation, got to see the doctor in a timely manner, everyone was extra polite and professional, office was clean and the health services were excellent. I've only used Urgent Care (elsewhere) in the past but this was a very, very positive experience.

I can honestly say that my experience with urgent care centers prior to Marque have been iffy at best. I always tried to see my primary doctor. However after being sick for 2 weeks, I finally said enough and went to Marque in Rancho Santa Margarita this AM. It is about the 3rd time I have been for various things. They are awesome. The staff is great. The doctors have all been wonderful and they have great TV shows on the big screens. thanks so much for taking care of me.
