Great staff at the RSM location! They were super busy, but once they assessed my symptoms they quickly arranged a virtual doctor appointment (knowing I just needed an evaluation and some antibiotics)! I was in and out in 20 minutes with my prescription in hand! I felt very well cared for by Jennifer who was kind, compassionate and very understanding! So fortunate to have this facility in my city! Great job RSM!

I recently visited this urgent care with a gaping wound above my eye. The staff was so helpful & courteous. Dr. Maloveaux was amazing. He was extremely professional, compassionate & knowledgeable. He did a great job stitching me up- very minimal pain and very thorough. 22 stitches in all! I would highly recommend this office. Top notch care. I know I will definitely come back if needed. Thank you so much for a positive experience.

Super happy with office. Been there twice in a month- first time for my 22 year old son after we picked him up from LAX returning from Spring Break in Cabo & he had Montazuma's! 10:30 PM and they were still OPEN. Clean facility, nice staff and they take my insurance. The CVS pharmacy in same parking lot is open until Midnight! This was so easy and son felt better within hours of taking RX and learned his lesson...Don't Drink the Water! Second visit... I had major pain in abdomen and low back. Ends up I had an UTI! What 52 year old gets those...reminiscent of my college days- yikes! Made appointment via phone and was seen within 10 mins of appointment. Dr was great and relief was immediate, once on the antibiotics. I will definitely come back here, hopefully later than sooner though.

My name is Rachelle . I had been really sick for about a week. I finally decided that it was time that I went to a doctor my primary care specialist was completely booked for that today so I thought well I'll just go to an urgent care I live in Rancho Santa Margarita so I went to Rent-A-Center margaritas urgent care about 2 miles from where I live. I had been to another one which was Opto Medicare is on Crown Valley and they had a 3 1/2 hour wait. My dr my doctor is an orange in so I waited most of the day but I didn't hear back from her they are completely booked and she was going to try to get me in anyway finally I went to a call my Medicare monarch agent Susan why and she referred me to this urgent care Mark medical center I was greeted very very nicely everybody was by very nice they suggested on the phone that I make an appointment because they take walk-ins but it would be easier for me so I called in at three they gave me an appointment at 5:30 so I showed up at 4:45 and I knew I have a lot of paperwork and the minute I walked in I felt nothing but kindness from everybody everybody was so understanding very patient and then I got to see dr. Tim he checked me over and was very very thorough so I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends better than going to emergency and waiting for hours thank you so much Mark medical center for everything you did I really hit it big coming here thank you again and see you next week for a follow up

Had an excellent experience with Marque Urgent Care in Buena Park. Quick service. No wait. Doctor and staff very professional. I received high-level medical treatment. Facility is exceptionally clean and everything is new. If you live a distance away, it is worth the travel time. You will receive the best care ever at this urgent care and will not have to wait. This urgent care is the one for my family.

Everyone was very professional, polite, friendly, and exhibited a true caring attitude. Staff were efficient. The physician was also professional and took time to explain all aspects in a respectful and friendly way.

I have always had a good experience at Marque. The staff is very friendly and it actually feels like they care about you as a person.

I walked in the waiting room at 8:50am (the sign in tablet said there was a 25-35 minute wait) and was finally seen, finished and out the door at 11:15. It seemed like a really long time waiting! But everyone was friendly (front desk, nurse, dr) and the Dr was very helpful with my issue. I was thankful that I wasn't there because I was sick because I don't think I could've waited that long.

Dr. Michael Molyneaux delivered an exceptional service during my brief visit with him in regards to an earache I had. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain instead of rushing me out of the clinic. I would highly recommend him and his customer service was second to none! I'm feeling a whole lot better now, definitely return to the same clinic for any other issues I may have in the future.

Everything was great!

Love going to this place because when you have 3 kids, it feels like there is something urgent that needs attention at like the worst time of the day or weekend. Anyway, I have been to the RSM and the Mission Viejo locations and both facilities are nice, clean. They have good doctors and good staff who are attentive and very helpful. There is usually no wait unless it's that horrible flu season when it seems that half your neighbors in all of trabuco canyon are there.

We were greeted and signed in quickly. The nurse was happy and kind. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. Our visit was relatively short but complete. Thank you.
