I found the Marque Urgent Care very acceptable for my needs. The facility is new and everything is nice and clean....the personal were very helpful and they were very attentive to my concerns.

The staff at this facility was tremendously helpful today. Marilee was awesome when I called and told me to come right down. Not only was everyone extremely kind, gentle and caring but I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor was wonderful. I felt really taken care of which does not always happen when you're hurt and in need of immediate care. I was really grateful for the amazing staff here. Not too close to my house but I would absolutely make the drive again should I need help in the future. Thank you so much!

Today is was not very good. Booked an appointment and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Front desk wasn't that friendly, Medical assistant wasn't that good. Doctor said she would give me one refill on my prescription and when I picked it up there was zero refill. Very disappointing and I don't know if I'll go back.

I came in with abdominal pain, the doctor examined me made a guestimate of the cause gave me several options if it got worse, prescribed medicine, called the prescription to CVS,suggested I check back if it doesn't improve. It did improve so I didn't check back but did follow the doctors advice with the prescription. I could not have asked for better service. under similar circumstances I would use the Marque urgent care in the future. Nigel Bailey

I was seen via Tele Marque and was SO Impressed. I reluctantly agreed and was so glad I did! Quick, thorough and professional It was so cool to watch the ear exam with the physician. I would definitely ask for this every time I visit. As a former RN, I can't believe how advanced this technology is and how it allows such a personal thorough exam and exchange with the physician. The staff at Marque are friendly and professional. They make you feel that you are the only patient they have at that time. Thank you Marque Medical!

My son and I were seen as patients at the new center in Buena Park. Customer service was very pleasant. We were in and out within maybe 30-40 mins, being new patients, which was great! Urgent care facility is very spacious and clean. Everyone was extremely nice as well, I would return!

I love this office! It's very close to me so it's convenient! I loved the high tech Skype-style call with my Dr. He diagnosed me quickly and precisely!! Saved us both time to go about our day!! Thank you Marque!!
