Called and made an appointment this morning for a cough and sore throat. Text reminders for the appointment time and updates were really helpful. Front desk and nurse staff were very friendly and efficient. I was able to see a doctor within 30 minutes and his exam was thorough, not rushed. Got some great advice on treatment options, got my RX and was on my way. I'm never a fan of going to the doctor but this experience was as good as it gets.

This was one of the best group of staff I have ever encountered at an urgent care center super super caring and on top of everything really really cared about the way I was feeling in my comfort level. They sent me to an offsite CT scan and when things didn't go as planned they were super polite on the phone and caring again helped me find a new place to go and find out what was going on with me I'm very very pleased and I would definitely definitely definitely come back for further problems if I could give this more than five stars I would!

This is my first time I've ever been to this urgent care and from the beginning of my visit to the end was amazing. Stop treat you with so much respect and care and takes care of you and makes you feel welcome and that they are there to help. I thank everybody I had contact with in your facility they were all very nice and caring.

Each time I've been in your office I'm greeted by a very friendly staff. All seem to have a vested interest in me and are so willing to make my visit as comfortable as possible. The doctors I've seen have always been willing to explain why I have my problem… i.e. causes, possible OTC remedies, home treatment, and things to avoid. Great group of professionals !!!

I walked in the door and within minutes was in with a technician and soon saw a doctor. Being a visitor to San Diego, finding a physician to deal with my problem had been daunting until a friend suggested trying Urgent Care. We chose Marque as it was close to our rental unit and the reviews were excellent. The staff was quite pleasant and professional.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The waiting, and interior rooms were all very clean and orderly, and l was seen almost immediately after completing my paperwork. I felt that l was in very good hands with Dr. Kiskila. He listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, and offered relevant, on point, thorough information to me. He did so with a calm, pleasant and patient bedside manner - unlike several doctors these days that do not allow you to finish a sentence, do not really listen, and act as if they cannot wait to finish up with you. I applaud the whole team that I interacted with, and observed today. Obviously good management practices in place!

I visited the Marque facility in PB yesterday, and the urgent care treatment by the professionals there exceeded my expectations. The wait to be seen by the professionals was short, I had called in advance and learned that only a few patients were there when I visited at about 2:00 pm on Sunday, 2/12/17, undoubtedly a longer wait should reasonably be expected at busier times. Medical technician Darren Naito took my vital signs and got my responses to questions appropriate to my health issue, and I asked a few questions about his professional background and his responses assured me that he is qualified as a medical paraprofessional. I was then seen and examined appropriately by Dr. Michael Steiner for my upper respiratory issue, and learned from him about his professional background and experience, concluding that Dr. Steiner is quite qualified, which gave me confidence in his diagnosis. Both of the medical professionals mentioned were friendly and made the visit to Marque Medical a positive experience. With the quality of professional medical care that I received, and attention to my concerns about my health issue, I would go back to Marque Medical for urgent care. I am a professional myself, and I expect professional service when I go to a clinic, and I certainly did receive that level of care when I visited Marque Medical's PB facility yesterday.

Physicians were excellent. My husband saw Dr. Davis and I saw Dr. Steiner. Waiting time was 5 minutes. The facility is under construction but all was clean inside. The receptionist, Barbara, was most friendly. The doctors were thorough. I would not hesitate to go back.

The woman at the check in desk was pleasant and efficient. The nurse was courteous. I liked Dr Kim - great patient rapoire and advice for my medical problem. I'm feeling much better just one day later.

Quality of care exceeded my expectations and the clean environment and friendly front/back office and doctor's care was more than appreciated. Doctor/nurses bedside manners, knowledge and care for my daughter was beyond exceptional. I will definitely go back and would prefer to always use their services and expertise for my family members in the future. Thank you for the wonderful care today!

My experience was AMAZING! I came in with severe ear pain which ended up being an ear infection. The gals at the front desk were warm and friendly, getting my information quickly. There was no wait in the lobby and within 5 minutes of filling out the forms, I was taken into an exam room. The back office nurse who took my vitals was super sweet and thorough with her examination, and even brought me a water for my wait. The doctor came in maybe five minutes after that examined my ear, quickly established it was infected, and recommended over the counter meds to take with the antibiotics he would be prescribing. Overall, extremely clean, courteous, and no waiting!! Definitely recommending and would love to return for any future medical ailments.

Thanks to all of you for your help today. I was in so much pain and Dr. Kiskila was amazing, explained everything to me and was genuinely caring. Medhat, the X Ray technician was equally caring and gentle, explaining everything to me and knowing how much pain I was in. Wanda and Doris were very kind and professional to me, making me feel like what I was experiencing was important to them. I would recommend this urgent care on the highest level. They allow for appointments, the facility is pristine and everybody is amazing! Thanks so much to all of you for the many times you have provided me with such amazing care :)

The doctor, nurses, reception desk and all others were very friendly and addressed all my health concerns. I had an appointment and was seen within 10 mins of my appointment time. The outside of the building looked a little off but that was probably just due to some construction. Everything inside was clean and well kept! I would definitely recommend this facility.

My experience at Marquee Urgent Care was excellent. It was my first visit there and I was in front of a doctor within 15 minutes. The facility was clean, comfortable and everyone was super friendly. I met with Dr. Pierce and I have to say, it was finally nice to find a FRIENDLY physician who actually listened and was interested in making you feel better. His physician's assistant was excellent as well. I received excellent, affordable medical care in a prompt manner delivered in a comfortable surrounding. What more could you ask for when you have a medical issue? I highly recommend Dr. Pierce and this facility! Keep up the good work!Thank you!
