This has been the more pleasant visit I had in this facility. Jill the receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Sometimes the young ladies at the front desk are loud and unprofessional.The wait time wasn't bad. I like the electronic sign in tablet and the option to make appointments.

I have only been to this urgent care twice this year. since the change, I have seen a vast improvement. I have yet to wait more than a half an hour to be seen by the medical staff. I've been lucky so far, I haven't been there when it's too busy. keep up the good work.

I went there when it was partners health group, and I went when it Was Marque Medical, I much preferred the later. The girls at the Reception were so nice and got me processed quickly. I was having trouble breathing, I was taken in the back within 5 mins, the nurse was wonderful and I just loved the doctor, they both were very concerned about my problem and got me fixed up and Out of there in about an hour and a half after doing a few tests. I would recommend this place to my family and friends! Thank you guys for everything. Oh and the guy who did my x Ray was great he Was so funny made me feel better!!!!!

Wonderful friendly staff and when I stopped in on a holiday and asked how long the wait time was they were honest with anticipated wait time. I didn't have an emergency that couldn't wait until the next business day. They also confirmed for me accepting my insurance since I'm visiting from out of town. Didn't have to wait too long to see MD and was glad for ability to get help.

Easy process. Scheduled appointment online and promptly roomed after arriving. There less than one hour total and pleased even though waited almost 30 in room before examined by MD.

The check in was fast and the wait wasn't bad at all... The staff is friendly... The clinic wqa very clean. I was called back to see the dr andi.i didnt hsve to wait long before the dr came in got my diagnosis and i was out of there perscription in hand. I live in the south bay but come here cuz its clean andbworth rht drive.

I brought my mom here and I was not disappointed. Khristina who was the very first person who greeted us and she was very friendly and made sure we were taken cared of. Also, the very best thing was after filling up the information, we could go home and just wait at home for them to call us if it's our turn because there were a lot of people ahead of us (you know how it goes when you're at an urgent care waiting for several hours). So after an hour and a half we were called to come in because it's just one person ahead of us. The Doctor we saw was soooooo AWESOME!!! He was very nice not to mention the medical assistant/nurse that took my mom's blood pressure was very accommodating too!!! Forgive me, but I forgot the doctor's name, But he was sooooo amazing. I really recommend this place!!! 10 STARS!!!!

Love the staff and doctors. I wish it could be a clinic because compare from most of the clinical/hospitals sometimes they can’t find the problem. Marque Urgent Care always does for me. It does sucks when it gets busy but that’s why I go very early when it opens so I won’t have to wait in line for hours. Also very clean.

I was in and out with xrays and a splint around my hand in less than an hour and any instructions given to meet with my primary physician and what to do before and after were clear and concise. This place never lets me down, two thumbs up.
