I had a great experience with Marque Medical. The front office staff was very warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the ease of the medical information forms on an iPad. I was happy to see I can make an appointment online before I went and I was seen very soon after I completed my forms.

The wait time wasn't too bad and the staff were all friendly.

I was visiting San Diego from the North Carolina. I thought at first I had only laryngitis - then was diagnosed with pneumonia (my third case). I am familiar with urgent appointment clinics as my wife is retired from Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, but living in North Carolina it was no longer an option. I knew completing registration for insurance purposes would take a little time. Great friendly help receptionist staff. Also, I know as a walk-in you should expect some wait time. But, shortly I was shown to the exam room by a helpful MA (?), who quickly completed the preliminaries. Dr. Wessel was excellent! He was professional with great communication skills. It dawned on me as he was listening to my lungs this was probably going to be another case of pneumonia. X-ray confirmed this. (A fine X-ray tech, too!) Dr. Wessel mentioned he, too, had recently had a bout of pneumonia and would set me up with the same medication regimen as he followed. Great with me!! Within less than 2 hours I was registered, seen by a terrific doctor, and was out the door with Rx's called in to the pharmacy of my choice. What's not to like? Keep up the great work! Great service.

Front desk very helpful and nice. Doctor/PA was very thorough and asked the appropriate questions while listening to my explanations. That part is not always a factor since some professionals think they know it all and won't listen to the patients. Harrison was a pleasant exception and I appreciated his concern and diagnosis. It looked clean...they just need a new key to replace the toilet paper rolls.

Love the staff, very friendly not rude because they were extremely busy. Nurse & PA made you feel like they cared about you & your need. I understand I was a walk in & have to wait for appointments to be seen first. Will make an appointment next time. Facility was clean. Thank you for being available.

Excellent friendly staff. Short wait time. Great provider. Thorough. Made me feel well cared for when i was stressed. So much better than going to an ER. I was out in less than an hour ... but not rushed ...

Great AND no stress

Great care from the physicians and staff, everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fairly quick from beginning to end. It was pretty busy, but everyone was visible hustling to try to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible.

The staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean. I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in within a half hour of my call. They had me in and out in less than an hour too. Highly recommended.

The triage nurse, Dean is really nice, he puts you at ease and cares about you. The doctor and the nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and caring.

The best UC I’ve visited so far. The staff is friendly and professional, made a reservation prior to my visit and just had to wait 5 minutes. The physician attention was worth the 5 stars.

Excellent quality of care; fast, effective treatment

Staff - efficient and patient. Doctor-thorough and calm considering how busy he was with appointments & walk-ins I walked in but was seen in 30 minutes. Totally acceptable. Comfortable clean facility. I live out of state and was impressed!

The staff was amazing. I waited about 30 minutes which was fine because as a new patient I had to fill out my forms which was on an iPad so you can correct your mistakes easily. In any case, the nurse was cool and quick. My doctor was equally amazing. I got straight to the point with my toe and he diagnosed it in seconds. He didn't rush me and even engaged in some small talk. Very polite and had my prescriptions sent immediately. He cared enough to write me a doctor's note to let them know I should wear tennis shoes for a week or so at my request. To me that's a big deal. Friendly staff and clean office and speedy service. Thank you guys!

The wait wasn’t very long. Check in staff was nice. Dean was cool, gave me some good advice while getting my vitals and other information. The doctor was thorough. I have been before and will continue to come back. It’s a lot easier than waiting for a doctors appt with my primary care physician.

In a word - Wonderful. All of the folks there are easy to talk to, friendly, and efficient. I am amazed that such a place with such great service exists.

Clean environment, friendly staff, speedy service.

I liked that I was able to schedule an appointment time from the website. When I arrived the intake was efficient and I was seen more quickly than I expected. Dr. White also saw me in a timely way and I was pleased with the medical service I received.
