Things I look for when going to the doctors: The facility: Clean The Wait: Acceptable Staff: Professional, courteous, and friendly The 68K question is would I ever go back and the answer is YES!! Should the necessity arise and I was given a choice of where to go, I would go here first. I can also sincerely refer them as my experience was a good one. If you are on the fence deciding where to go when Urgent care is needed, this is an office worthy of consideration depending on the needs of the patient of course.

The medical staff were very professional and caring. I called before to see how long the wait was. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and put us on the list and sent us the paperwork before we arrived so we had the option of filling it out at home to save some time. Unfortunately I waited to fill the paperwork out at the office. Next time, I will do that prior to arriving. Lastly, I noticed how clean Marque was--to the waiting room, to the exam room.

fantastic service and care from the front desk receptionist, to London the vitals taker, Dr Stacey And her assistant James.everything went smooth ,no pain during the procedure ,great explanation for every step.everyone personality and politeness shine. without the hassle of the hospitals emergency rooms waiting. I was very pleased with my experience at Marque Urgent Care today. The receptionist, Jill, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She took time to explain the check in process & paperwork. She was extremely friendly and offered comfort during a difficult time. Dean, the PA, was also very kind and professional. He listened to my health concern and assured me that they would take excellent care of me. He was likable and relatable. Most importantly, the doctor saw me within a reasonable time. She was also very sweet. I’m happy that I chose to be seen at their office.

My experience was a great one! Upon arriving I was told there was an exceptionally long wait BUT I had the option to make a reservation in line and could come Back! This was soooo awesome for me because I was worried I would be out in time to pick up my kids from school and I had to be seen that day. I was able to leave grab my babies and come back. Huge relief! I received a text to let me know when to return with ample time (1 hour) was able to return, and was in and out in less than an hour. I LOVE how hey use the IPADS for getting info. I saw other people struggling but it was a breeze for me! The staff was excellent and even saw one front desk staff (I believe her name was Taryn) deal with a not so nice customer in a very professional And respectful manner. Les my doctor was very personable and friendly. He took the time to explain my illness and how to treat it. My prescription was sent electronically for me and was waiting for me when I got to the pharmacy. I will DEFINITELY recommend this place to my friends and family

From time of entering Marque Urgent Care, until release to injury, the Reception, Nursing & Doctor's involved, over a two week period, were exceptional. All involved gave excellent Service and after follow up was very satisfied with results. I would defiantly refer Marque to anyone with an urgency to health care needs. Many Thanks, Don..

Went in, expected to wait forever and be told there’s nothing they can do. In actuality, we went in and registered ourselves and about 10 minutes later we were seen and helped that day with the prescriptions needed.

Front desk ladies were very helpful with checking in and verifying everything for me. Dean was awesome and hooked me up with an ankle wrap. I forgot the main lady’s name (sorry!) who was helping me with my ankle but she was awesome too! Was in and out quickly. Thank you all!

Very good Customer/Patient Service, liked the digital tablet check in & tablet Patient form process. Dr. Les Mershon had the perfect treatment plan. Nurse/Medical Asst. Dean gave me my hip shot and asked me to take a breath in as he administered shot and it was painless. Thank you so much for getting me out of pain so I can continue working with my bursitis.

This time around I made an online appointment which made things go a lot more quickly. Plus, I had already filled out the info on the tablet on a previous visit. Staff is courteous and friendly as always. They wished me a speedy recovery as I left.

I had to bring my 4 and 2 year old children into urgent care at dinner-time, after my 4 year old fell. The front desk staff were so friendly, kind, and professional. They helped me get registered quickly. The nurses were very friendly and kind to my children. The doc was great. My daughter was very frightened about the prospect of getting stitches and he was able to calm her down and make her laugh. He was warm, kind, and patient. I truly appreciated how the staff accommodated my family - and got us in and out as quickly as possible. The facility was also very clean.

It was fantastic! Although, putting that aside for a moment, I was more impressed with the professionalism with the front office. A woman came in who was unhappy, demanding medication, did not have insurance, did not want to see the dr, etc and Rachel (I believe her name was) handled the situation beautifully! She was calm, understanding, professional, and did not allow this very upset woman to escalate the situation. She did a great job!

The PA was stellar! He explained ail my options! He was very knowledgeable about fractures! ! The Tech gave me a lot of TLC! And wheeled me out to my car! I liked her so. Much! I shall return to this caring place! Janet

Here is what I put in Yelp, I would give them 5 Stars fir sure except i hate the tablet check in. But the staff and doc were freat! My dad is 88 and has dementia. Doctors visits are tricky. When he woke up with a swollen toe that looked infected i wanted him seen ASAP. We barly waited 20 min, then the medical assistant was great with acomadating my dad. We saw Doctor Nathan Kiskila who listened to me explane what i felt happened and respected me as knowing my dad and what works best fir him. Dad git an injection to get his healing under way and withing a few hiurs was out if pain and on the mend. Then something else great happened they called the day after to see how he was doing! Wow they care!! Thank you to the team and would recamend them to anyone.

This visit was truly the best I've ever had at an urgent care. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The exterior and interior of the building was clean and inviting. I have been to this facility a few times before with other family members. I, as a retired RN, found the staff to be caring, efficient, and very professional. The wait time was about one hour. The facility was very clean. I will definitely use this Urgent Care again and recommend it. Thank you.

After an awful time at Sharp Rees-Stealy and them trying to make me pay $200 new patient fee on top of my Urgent care co-pay, they gave me a list of other Urgent care faculties in the area. I was in and out of your faculty within the hour with a prescription and a diagnosis. Staff was nice and Dr was awesome! Hopefully I won’t have to go to Urgent care while vacationing in SD again but, if I do, your faculty will be my go to place. Thank you!!!
