I had a great experience. The medical assistant, Olivia, was efficient, kind and empathetic. The doctor was friendly, listened and gave an exam after which he sent me for x-rays. Drove to RSM for xrays. The tech was also friendly and efficient. I had to wait for a call from the doctor and my friend and I coffee while we waited. Overall I was impressed. Thank you.

Our nurse was great with our 5 year old. She was patient and helped clean out our son’s ear so the doctor could evaluate his ear infection. The doctor was very friendly and thorough as well. The location is state of the art, the staff is friendly, and the wait was minimal. Great experience.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, kind, compassionate, thoughtful and efficiently. Listened thoroughly to my concerns and when the doctor came in coming he was also very kind Kayde He identified and immediately treated my wound and I was done quickly. So thankful to have found them!

I had the best experience. I have been struggling with chronic health problems, and I was so at my wits end, but the nurses and doctor were so attentive and helpful. I am a school twacher and I was about to go on vacation with my mom, so this medical attention came just in time. I am so appreciative.

The Admin and the Assistant that greeted me as I walked in were extremely personable and efficient at their jobs. The facility was very nice and clean and gives you a good feeling. It took no time to fill out the first time paperwork and get into the exam room. The Dr. would be my Dr., if only he lived in S. Florida. I had a great experience with genuinely nice people, that addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I have a follow up on Friday and actually look forward to it

I entered Marque feeling quite uncomfortable. I was treated by a nice nurse and a kind doctor and I left feeling good again.

When you or your child is not feeling well, the last thing you want is a grumpy front office, or long lines waiting to be seen. This urgent care is GREAT. Seriously, they are the best. Their staff is always super helpful and very caring! I love that you can schedule an appt for the next day from your cell phone! I'm so thankful for Marque Urgent Care in Mission Viejo!

Front disk staff very nice and professional. Easy to register. Waiting time reasonable. Doctor was very caring and knowledgeable. Back office ma was very nice just needs a little more training on blood drawn. She was very good on IM injection. Overall everything was very good.

A few days ago, I went to Marque Urgebt Care to get lab work done and I was most impressed with Kristin who is a nurse at this location. Nothing ever really bothers me except for getting my blood drawn. The sight of it makes me sick and the feel of it is never pleasant. However, Kristin with her soft, sweet, and nurturing mindset makes her the perfect nurse. She posses a strong foundation in medical knowledge and articulates information in a very precise and well educated manner. What impressed me most about Kristin is how she respects and works well with her coworkers and Dr. Wilson. At the clinic, they run a good show together and move things along nicely and efficiently! It starts at the top with Dr. Wilson. He has very high expectations for his nurses and he always expects them to do their best. First, he sets the bar high and then he pushes it higher. I have the most respect for him and for what he does! Dr. Wilson is a great doctor who is filled with wisdom, inspiration, and guidance for all people. I bet if even a monkey needed help, he’d help it too! It’s just his nature! Dr. Wilson loves everybody and everything!

Dr Wilson is the best and have known him since his tenure at the Dana Point urgent care facility. Glad to see that I have the opportunity to make an appointment to see him directly at Marque Urgent Care.
