Had a great experience today with the staff at the Mission Viejo location. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Great experience from check in to include the Dr's expertise. Very neat and organized facility. First class urgent care facility and love the fact you can make an appointment. That's a first for an urgent care facility.

I was impressed with the entire experience starting with making my appointment and registering online in the middle of the night. When I arrived at 7:50 AM the receptionist was very pleasant at and checked me in quickly. The office was spotless and fresh smelling. Dr. Pollei was attentive and thorough. I felt well cared for all the way around. I'll definitely be back if need urgent care again. Thank you!

Woke up and couldn't open my left eye. Saw urgent care physician right when they opened and took me right away (within 20 minutes) and prescribed antibiotics which cleared the infection. Office was very clean and very friendly.

Dr Woodrow Wilson healed me from the flu in 5 days. Proper diagnosis, precise pharmacology and wisdom of practicing 45 years got me from the pits back to health. I’m forever grateful.

I was on vacation and developed a sinus infection. Called my insurance company and was provided three names of urgent care facilities that where in network. Margue, had good reviews and was the only one that was able to offer me an appointment time instead of showing up and waiting to be seen. That option made my choice for me. When I arrived I had to fill out personal and medical information on a tablet. Completely understandable since i’d never been seen at any of their locations. Once I finished the questionnaire, I was called back within 5 minutes. The nurse took my vitals and asked about my symptoms. The doctor arrived shortly after 5 minutes. I was examined and confirmed that I had a sinus infection. They called in a prescription to CVS pharmacy in the same complex. The whole experience took less than 40 minutes. During the process the staff was helpful and friendly. I meet up with my family at a restaurant after my appointment. I took my antibiotics during dinner and left the bottle on the table when we left. I called the clinic the next morning after I realized my stupid mistake and requested another prescription. A doctor called me back within 30 minutes and informed me that another prescription had been called in. I will always use Marque in the future when visiting relatives in Southern California. I was extremely impressed with the experience I had with Marque!

After a bad fall I was bleeding heavily above my eye and a neighbor brought me to Marque down the street from me. I was very impressed with the total experience. The cleanliness and the compassion the staff and doctors showed. They had me come back for follow up care twice and those visits were just as pleasant. They made a bad thing so much more bearable. This was our 2nd time at this Marque Irgent Care location. We came back because we were very pleased with how detailed and thorough they were the first time we were there for my son’s concussion check. This time, with my daughter, the staff (Matt and PA Ms. Scott) were both very professional, and comprehensive in their examination of my daughter. I liked that they took the time to ask a lot of questions to understand what was going on. I did not feel rushed, but instead felt that they do care about their patients. Kudos to the staff!

It was just a very easy and enjoyable experience. Great facility. I liked the big screen tv in the waiting room and in the patient rooms. Staff was really nice. Doctor did a great job. Felt comfortable there.

I wholeheartedly recommend Marque Urgent Care in Mission Viejo. I really appreciated being able to schedule my appointment online even before the center was open. Once there, everyone was very kind and helpful. I was seen very quickly. The doctor spent time learning about my problem and explained his reasoning for the treatment that was prescribed. The facility was very nice.

This is a clean office with friendly staff. Only had to wait 10 min on a Friday night. Dr Wilson and Kyle (dr. Assistant) was very good at listening to my 6 year old explain his issue.

Office was nice and clean . Staff was friendly. Doctor was great . Only problem was with filling prescription. My insurance didn't want to cover them, something to do with doctor not being on their list.

The associates were caring, helpful, and efficient. I would definitely return, if needed and highly recommend your care to others. My health needs were met, and I am on the road to recovery.

Friendly, fast and the cleanest facility I've been to. What a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and welcoming as soon as we entered the building. I was on vacation in Mission Viejo and developed a severe cough so I decided I better go to Urgent Care prior to departing for home. I selected Marque Urgent Care because they looked totally professional and well organized on the web. I made an appointment and it was confirmed. I filled out the required paperwork with the help of an outstanding office team. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis by the doctor, had my prescriptions filled at Marque and my entire visit to no longer than 35 minutes. This is the best Urgent Care I have ever been to.
