I don't know why anything that could go wrong does go wrong on weekends or after hours! I needed to see a doctor on Saturday, and of course, my doctor was not available, I found Marque Urgent Care on Yelp. The office was modern and clean, I was greeted immidiatley by a smiling person, in ten minutes a nurse came after me. This was faster than going to my own physician! The nurse was sweet and comforting. The doctor took his time and explained everything. I even got my medication from there, no need to go and stand in the line of a drugstore. Thanks to Marque's group I felt better and I was out of there less than an hour!!

Saved the vacation! On the day we were scheduled to leave on vacation, the kid woke up with a sinus and ear infection. Could it BE any other way? As expected, we could not get into the ped's office ASAP, so we needed an urgent care close by. Marque got us in immediately, assessed the situation, prescribed meds and we were off in less than an hour. They even took my insurance info so that they would run it through. In addition, the place was immaculately clean and very modern/high tech. Will definitely use again! Thank you!

Thank you very much for your excellent care and service. I was greeted warmly, the check-in process was super easy (love the iPad!), and I hardly had to wait. All of the staff members were knowledgeable and caring, and Dr. Penwell was stellar. He listened carefully, asked lots of questions, gave me a lot of information, and asked if I had any questions (multiple times, which I appreciate). He was thorough, and unrushed. I felt like a valued patient. Thank you!

I came in with abdominal pain, the doctor examined me made a guestimate of the cause gave me several options if it got worse, prescribed medicine, called the prescription to CVS,suggested I check back if it doesn't improve. It did improve so I didn't check back but did follow the doctors advice with the prescription. I could not have asked for better service. under similar circumstances I would use the Marque urgent care in the future. Nigel Bailey

First I hate filling out these surveys. Seems everyone is asking for them these days so I usually won't do it. I caught you at a slow time so I was seen right away. One thing I really liked was the tablet PC that you had me check in with. My handwriting is bad and it hurts me to write so really liked the tablet. I am sure other medical offices will start using it also. I saw Dr Kiskila about draining a hematoma over a surgical site that happened on 2/6/17. After asking several pertinent questions to make sure there was not some major issue going on he removed the excess fluid over a spinal surgery site. Very pleasant man and we had to opportunity to visit more that most in this type setting because you were slow. I will remember you and tell friends and neighbors about my positive experience there.

The office is very clean and inviting. There are plenty of seats. They are paperless when it comes to filling out patient information. All the staff I made contact with was extremely nice. I never felt rushed or that I wasn't any less, or more, important then anyone else there.

I could not have been more satisfied with my visit to your office. All of the staff and doctor were very friendly. I received great service. The office was very clean and comfortable. The online check in was a great way to avoid a long wait in the waiting room. We were referred to the Rancho Santa Margarita office for X-rays and our experience there was great as well. I will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

My experience was AMAZING! I came in with severe ear pain which ended up being an ear infection. The gals at the front desk were warm and friendly, getting my information quickly. There was no wait in the lobby and within 5 minutes of filling out the forms, I was taken into an exam room. The back office nurse who took my vitals was super sweet and thorough with her examination, and even brought me a water for my wait. The doctor came in maybe five minutes after that examined my ear, quickly established it was infected, and recommended over the counter meds to take with the antibiotics he would be prescribing. Overall, extremely clean, courteous, and no waiting!! Definitely recommending and would love to return for any future medical ailments.

As sick as I was that day. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Staff was friendly efficient. My nurse Melinda was very sweet personable and took good care of me. And a special thanks to Kyle for his persistence to get blood out of this turnip. Me!! & thank u to dr mohtadi. You were right on with your diagnosis I am feeling so much better. overall and great experience.

My experience at Marquee Urgent Care was excellent. It was my first visit there and I was in front of a doctor within 15 minutes. The facility was clean, comfortable and everyone was super friendly. I met with Dr. Pierce and I have to say, it was finally nice to find a FRIENDLY physician who actually listened and was interested in making you feel better. His physician's assistant was excellent as well. I received excellent, affordable medical care in a prompt manner delivered in a comfortable surrounding. What more could you ask for when you have a medical issue? I highly recommend Dr. Pierce and this facility! Keep up the good work!Thank you!

All of my experiences with Marque have been fantastic. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help in any way possible. The doctors always take the time to thoroughly review my situation in order to provide the best care and advise. I had the best expedience from the moment I walked in. The front office people were very helpful and friendly. There was no wait time The nurse and the doctor was very knowledgeable, and helpful to find a pharmacy that was open after hour, because was the weekend and late. The place it's kept really clean. I am highly recommending this urgent care, after hours, weekends and anytime.

Met with Dr Dal Tibb, good doctor and good overall experience. Nice, clean facility. Friendly, competent staff. Benefit of being able to check wait times online and also to make a reservation so you're not waiting all day at urgent care to be seen.
