Very clean, looks up to date, separate room for those feeling ill is a plus. Staff were friendly. I didn't have an appointment and was told it would be an hour wait and it was 65 minutes so very accurate. The MD gave good service and gave great summary of visit and asked if I had any questions

I have had excellent care several times without any long waits. Doctors and nurses very caring,kind and efficient. Very clean and modern facility and I love the hours that it is open.

The staff and physician were courteous, prompt and efficient. I was very happy with my first visit here. One minor suggestion I have for Marque is regarding the check-in process which I believe could be more efficient if they took full advantage of the iPads they use when collecting patient information. I had to retype my personal information such as name, etc. at least 4 times. Seems silly on an electronic document.

The office was clean and the staff most helpful. The doctor took time with me and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you.

Professional and courteous staff. I am seen without a wait and appreciate the care and attention I received. I have never had an injurey that required stitches. It was a very new and scary experience for me and I truly appreciate the patience and understanding of the caring and attentive staff.

This visit was a follow-up from my first visit on 12/15/16. Once again I received excellent care and attention. Dr. Tibb and Kyle were wonderful and caring. Once I entered the building , I was greeted by an amazing smiling staff. Dr. Dal Tibb also greeted me with a smile. I had an acute sinusitis infection. He spent time talking to me asking my about current medications and past surgeries. My prescription was called in to my pharmacist and I was able to pick it up in about 20 minutes after my doctor visit. After resting the entire day, I was feeling much better. I highly recommend the Margue Urgent Care facility to anyone who is not feeling well. The entire time I was there, I felt like family. Ruthie Meyer/ Educational Specialist

Fastest and best urgent care experience I've ever had!

Staff was friendly and professional. The nurse and the doctor were very knowledgeable and explained clearly the diagnosis and how any why they were choosing the specific procedure for my case. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. The back office and exams rooms were exceptionally clean. My total experience was excellent and I will definitely use this urgent care facility in the future.

I had recreived an advertised message about Marque Urgent Care from the mail. I recently became extremely ill. I thought I would be fine since I had a flu shot, pneumonia shot ..as well as a shingles shot. However after being out in a public setting, a person seated near me coughed none stop during a concert. Yep, I came down with the same awful upper respiratory condition. I called my doctor and discovered he was no longer in business. I needed help immediately. I remembered the recent mailing from Marque Urgent Care. It was close by as I noticed it on Marguetite Parkway near Trader Joe's. I went in early and filled out a short form and yes they take Medicare. They are brand new. Everything is fresh and clean. The doctor was very skilled and knew exactly what I needed. They even ask you if you would like to purchase your meds through them. I made the mistake of getting the meds through the local pharmacy which cost me $10.00 more. Next time I will purchase meds through them. When you do not feel well, it is a hassle to go to a pharmacy and wait in line. I noticed M-F they are open from 7AM to 10PM. My doctor closed his office at 5:00pm and yes they are even open on the weekends. This was a very good experience for me as I was very fatigued and needed help fast. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care as I know they deserve a five star rating. See for yourself; you will not be disappointed. There is no long wait, clean environment, nice receptionist, skilled doctors and it is a one stop shop as pharmacy needs are available. Now, it does not get any better than that when you feel physically at your worst they provide your rescue. Sincerely, Judy Foote
