Been here 3 times. Excellent staff, prompt service, very professional. Dr. Wilson is great. Follow up is timely as well. Highly recommend this Urgent Care.

The doctors and the staff get high marks for competence, pleasantness and caring. The facility is clean- very important to me. Marque Urgent care is always available when needed and is in a convenient location. It's an essential part of my health team and they've always been reliable.

Great customer service by the Medical Assistant. Doctor followed up with me but provided no documentation in the office or details (how long should I keep it on / diagnosis). Need to work on that. Luckily, the XRAY tech had outstanding customer service skills and provided documentation. Awesome early hours. Billing practices should be changed. But this is on par for most urgent care setups. All in all, very good experience with some minor items to work on. I would recommend.

Mission Viejo Positive: My 1st visit. Lobby and patient rooms very clean and nice, very comfortable. My doctor and her assistant were great. Didn't get to spend much time with them as I was treated quick!!! Negative: I called the next day to ask a question and was told they could not answer it over the phone, so i came in back. I was then informed I would have to pay again to see the Dr (less than 12 hours later) I don't think that's right at all :(

You never fail to satisfy. Dr. Wilson is knowlegeable and pleasant. The office staff is always cordial, and the facility is clean and attractive. The medical information on the walls of the individual waiting rooms is interesting to read while I wait for the doctor. Thanks for the good experience.

Dr Wilson was cheerful and kind. Facility sterile clean. staff nice thoughtful and helpful. No wait Always a good experience. Trust them with the care they provide my 92yr old mom. Always my choice to bring mom when seeing her primary doctor isn’t possible. Thank u Marque urgent care !

I was very pleased, they took good care, and spent a lot of time with me, treating my ear problem as best they could. I have a return visit on next Tues, and have a prescription which they gave me.

It's nice you can see the wait times and make an apt online. Saves a lot of waiting around. Doctor was very professional at time of visit and even called to see how I was doing 3 days later! I'd go see these guys again.

They were wonderful, I came toward closing with difficulty breathing and sinus infection. I received excellent exam and medication ordered, but the CVS had closed an hour earlier then the information they had. I rushed back because I really needed medication. The doctor and the staff were walking out the door as I had returned. They so kindly unlocked the door and gave me a breathing treatment and I agreed to a shot of antibiotics. They were so kind and concerned and did not make me feel at all uncomfortable for having them stay late. Such a professional staff who truly demonstrate the best in medicine values.

The office was neat, clean, and modern. The staff very friendly and helpful. On line registration was nice, didn't have to fill it out at the office. Doctor was did not rush me and listened to my description of the problem. His drug prescription and the injection in the office has left me feeling much better.
