I felt very comfortable with medical assistant eelyssa. She was very patient and kept a nice tone of voice when performing my daughters vitals although my daughter was a little grumpy she kept a friendly smile and demeanor so Awesome! I like this urgent care it is very clean and organized as well! Thanku for the great customer service even when I checked in.

Extremely satisfied with all staff. The wait time in lobby was very short. Did not wait long to see the doctor. Comprared with my primary care doctor which I normally wait an hour to see him. I would recommend this urgent care.

There waiting system is very efficient as for the employees/doctors they really make sure you are well seen. After, you are seen the employees/doctors call you Frequently. To check that you are still doing okay and to make sure anything else didn’t occur after your last visit.

I was able to get in fast. I had the same girl bring me to the room as the last time I was there. She is very nice and remembered me from last time. She gave me a shot and I barely realized she had given it to me. This was a great experience and I prefer this MED 7 over the one ner my home.

The front staff was polite and professional. I was quickly seen by Dr.Popke. Dr. Popke was professional, knowledgeable and caring. He answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his help and guidance on my recovery.
