MED7 Urgent Care Centers have served the Greater Sacramento communities for over 30 years providing a walk-in environment for illness, injury, and examinations for all ages. There is a physician on duty, just walk in 9:00 am – 9:00 pm seven days a week.

It was great! They were friendly, got me in quick, and easy to chat with. The nursing staff took great care of me and were easy to talk to. The doctor was the same. Everyone seemed down to earth, which is saying a lot because I came in to the office about 45 minutes before closing. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Great overall experience. They sent the results to my employer quickly which is also very much appreciated.

I met with medical assistant, Ruby and doctor Stevens. I was required to obtain a medical note for a one-day absence. They treated me with the utmost respect and understood my plight. Now I can go home and rest up. I will be a return customer.

My son had a skin infection and strep throat. Med 7 was able to see us fast my son was asleep for most of the visit which I would say is comforting to him since he was sick. in less than an hour we were already filling the prescription with our pharmacy. When he did wake up he asked if we were going to the doctors?They were much more convenient than going to our normal clinic and even more so than the hospital. The quality of care offered at this clinic is definitely a 5 stars

The quality of care of meds seven is five star always very knowledgeable doctors have always been able to help with my family and myself's medical emergencies very thankful for all the team at Matt seven will continue to go there and strongly recommend this as an urgent care

The only problem is the wait. But, the medical assistant, what very good, understanding. His name started with a G. Dr. Popke was great. Explained everything very well.

I've been to Med 7 twice this week. They are fast, efficient and courteous. They are also very conveniently located, only a couple of miles from my house. Keep up the great work!

Even though my son and I didn't get there until 7:30pm ish we got in fairly quickly and the dr was kind enough to take my son and I at the same time..(we didn't even ask, he just did ) it felt very comforting to get us handled so we wouldn't have a longer wait by being separate with the way we were feeling. Both the medical assistant and dr. we're very good to us excellent care, very nice etc. I'm still not feeling well and have to go back but I feel that it's the trype of virus it is and because I also have autoimmune issues it might be taking a toll on my body and not fighting this very well Also so close and convenient...only thing I would recommend is not changing their hours to closing at 8...the flu season is coming soon and don't think that closing at 8 would be a good idea for the patients...some get off work late and it's more convenient than going downtown to the next available which would be ER when it looked to me that they even have quest labs next door and maybe radiology? Patients have what they need right there at Med7 so please don't change it

I always have a good experience with Med7. I'm always treated with respect and the facility is always clean. This last visit, I was in and out entirely within 20 minutes. Great service and never a ridiculous wait time, even when the waiting room is full. Thank you so much for your help today!

Giovanni and Dr Kraft, and the phlebotomist were all GREAT! The only item that could be improved was the exam table in Rm #6. It either needs a cover, or replacement. Thanks for the sppreciated advice and professionalism!!!

I have had experience with MED7 for a number of years. Have found the quality of care to be excellent and the comfort and convenience of service to also be exceptional. I have not had long waiting periods and the staff has been very friendly and competent. Thank you for all the times that you have taken care of my needs professionally and quickly.

Prompt, straightforward. Nursing assistant advised us of what he was going to do and then finished so doctor could asses. Doctor was attentive and to the point. Great visit.

Very professional. Everyone was courteous and tentative. This was my first time there. Always heard bad things about going to an Urgent Care but this place was by far the best.

I have been to this location a few times now and am generally happy with my care. There was one visit where I came at 8:50pm, staff were all rushing me out the door as if to not see me, I even heard two female nurses mocking my reason for coming in and laughing about it, the doctor seemed apathetic towards me and my situation. it was horrible. I still have the number to the rate my visit you guys used to send out, but was too embarrassed and offended to complete it when the incident took place.

I have never had a bad experience here! Staff is always professional and courteous. I am always seen in a timely manner and the environment is clean. I come to this location at least once a week and I reccomend anyone needing urgent care or lab work services come here.

Everyone was very helpful, especially in getting referral to workmanship comp doctor. really liked the doctor and sorry to hear he's not available for next follow up visit. The only issue on first visit when ear was wrapped it was tiight and painful, was told that was how the doctor wanted and could take it off when we left.

In and out in about an hour and the MD that saw me seemed truly concerned. The nurse that saw me first was efficient and super nice, too. Felt taken care of appropriately. Thanks!
