Always have a great experience at Med7. The physician was really knowledgeable and give me some better ideas to deal with my health issue than my primary physician. Would recommend to anyone.

My doctor was amazing! I really felt connected and like he cared. I was even able to call back in for questions and my doctor happily got on the phone and talked with me as well as wishing me well some doctors won’t even take the time to talk with you after you leave the office. It is a great feeling when your doctor actually cares and doesn’t treat you like “ just another patient” or like you are contagious. Thanks doctor! Blessings to you! Staff was very fast getting to me once I checked in. The medical assistant was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and kept close track of time making sure to return to check on me in the time frame he gave. The doctor paid attention to my concerns and gave me proper treatment. Feeling much better now, thank you!

The staff at MED7 made my experience great considering I wasn't feeling well at all. I was able to be seen very quickly and the physician was spot on. I will definitely be coming back here if anything goes wrong. Hopefully, that will not be for a long time! Thank you again MED7, Happy Holidays!

My daughter and I were the first people in the door, so we didn't wait long at all to be seen. We were in and out of the office in 1/2 hour. Everyone was nice, and took care of us.

Due to Molina providers were not available until mid-December, we were sent to see Urgent Care Med7 at Notomas location. The PA Nissma Eldeeb checks the patient very thoroughly and professionally, the nurse and staff members were nice and friendly too.

I just wanted to let you and staff know that your service is Wonderful., the Receptionist and the MA's are very professional, and approachable. I had to go to US Health Works, I arrived at 7:30am and was not til 4pm , I came to your office and only waited 45minutes. Your office is the BEST!!!!

This was my second time visiting med 7 on East Commerce in Sacramento. The staff is polite and efficient, the Dr's know their stuff and I have went away happy both times. The Dr. listens to what patient says and takes a course of action. I am pleased with their services.

Great quality of care. I was seen within 15 minutes after arrival. I was on my way with prescription 30 minutes after being seen. Comfortable room and very convenient. Only 10 minutes from our residence. I will continue to bring my family here for our urgent care needs.

The office staff was very professional and friendly. The wait time wasn't very long and the Dr was very friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand & helpful with the tips he gave me to get getter. An overall easy & great experience.

The service received from all staff including asst medical staff and doctors is always very professional and thorough. I have always driven my daughters and myself to this center as needed on weekends and after hours. The center is easy to drive to, has easy parking and center is nice, clean. Thank you!

Front desk assisting me was very efficient and I did not have to wait long before the doctor was able to see me. The doctor was very solicitous and make sure everything was ok before releasing me. Overall experience was more than satisfactory.

Thank you so much for taking better care of me today then my former doctors at Kaiser did!! Dr. Cheryl Mitchell is AMAZING!! I put off going to urgent care for a few weeks but I finally pushed my self to go and I am so happy I did, they all made me feel comfortable and took very good care of me! My husband even complimented that they were doing a much better job then my primary doctor (or Former...) lol Again THANK YOU!!!

Very efficient and friendly staff. I have been to this facility on multiple occasions and have been pleased with my medical treatment. People need to understand that waiting is all a part of a walk-in clinic. I feel the staff is very considerate in trying to meet the needs of their patients.
