I’ve been to this Med 7 in Sacramento (on Commerce Way) a handful of times (bladder infection, threw out my back, and ear infection). There can be a little wait when it’s busy, but that’s to be expected. The staff has always been attentive and respectful, and have diagnosed and treated my issues on the first visit. I recommend this branch if you need an Urgent Care visit.

This place is close to my home. And open 7days . Person that help me at the front desk was nice but my medical assistant was super friendly and made me feel comfortable.

My entire experience was a 10 with the exception of the receptionist who was not friendly at all. Tim n the gal that was my MA (I failed to get her name) were both so gracious, kind n professional.. thank you

My experience was very good. I was treated by Mary Markiewitz and she was extremely helpful, explained the procedure fully, and made sure that I was feeling well before leaving. The nurse and reception staff were very helpful as well. Thank you very much.

We have had a wonderful experience. The staff are polite and informative and we didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. Of you're anything like me there are a million things to do during the day, so getting in and out is wonderful. Thanks med 7 for fast and friendly service.
