I have been coming to Med7 for 3 1/2 years now. Whenever I encountered Shoua it was always a good experience. It was like she was a counselor for me, always nice, supportive and very genuine. I myself am a RN and I know how important it is to make your pt’s feel welcome and she always did that. We always had small talk, and not just small talk to fill in uncomfortable silence but real talk. She made me feel comfortable in not so comfortable situations. I appreciate her!!

Thanks for the opportunity to give a review. Nurse and Doctor absolutely wonderful , understanding, caring, knowledgeable and just very caring. Front desk however, almost made us just go to ER. They DO NOT acknowledge that you are there, eventhog there were many of them there, when it was my turn, she did not even let me finish my sentence of why I we were there and interrupted by asking if we had been there before then asked the other questions about birthday, etc. Then asked why are you here again? Well, I really had had no chance to finish my sentence and that is why she asked again because in the first place she did not listen. Again, doctor and nurse just AMAZING!!!

An excellent experience from the treatment at the front desk to the doctor and nurses taking care of me. Customer service and care is top notch! The staff was accurate with their estimation of wait times and very courteous. They even gave me a pager so that I could wait in my car (much more comfortable) instead of a crowded waiting room. I highly recommend MED7.

I had very good experience with Med 7 in Natomas on the 2 occasions I had to visit them recently for different issues. All of their front office staff, nurses, physician assistants and doctors are nice, caring & respectful and they also explained clearly how my insurance works with them. They do all the related tests and we can also purchase any prescribed medication if needed. It surely is a one stop all-inclusive place to treat us when needed and they are open on Saturdays and Sundays too. They also give follow up calls to make sure you’re doing well something that did not even happen with Kaiser with whom i was before. Med 7 would surely be my first choice to visit in future for any urgent care when needed. And I highly encourage all to do so also whenever you need it. Keep up the good work Med7 and thanks for serving us here in Natomas.

Living in the Natomas area, my family has ended up heading to Med7 more than a few times. Todays visit was due to my 3 year old son having a bad cough and he seemed to be having difficulty breathing. Within 10 mins the staff had checked us in and called us back. My son is a bit leery of strangers and doctors, but the nurse helped to quickly put him at ease. The doctor provided a breathing treatment and ordered x rays, which was right down the hall! Knowing my son, I was praying inside that he would corporated with the tech. The X-ray tech was clam, patient and so very nice and encourging to him. The results were back fast and the doctor gave us a script for medicine. We were home, round trip including a trip to the pharmacy, within 2 hours! My son was feeling a little better, and I was relieved we got to see a doctor so quickly. Thanks to the team at Med7 for always going above and beyond to provide excellent care within our community! Your team is so very appreciated!

the check-in process is simple and i dont have to wait for a long time to be called. another plus factor is that you accepted my sutter plus insurance coverage with only an additional $5 extra charge from my normal co pay..the medical staff were superb! my only complaint is that i have to wait for my prescription papers. i was expecting to be called out by the receptionist so i waited. after 20 minutes waiting to be called, i approached the window to let her know that i was just waiting for my prescription. my paperworks is just in front of her in a clip board but for some reason she didn't check those papers until i told her that i'm waiting for for my prescription.. i hope this comment can avoid unnecessary waiting at your reception area in the future......

I am very grateful to have your facility In our neighborhood. My kids have had a couple of accidents over the years I’ve lived here and without your emergency care, It would have taken a lot longer to be treated as we live a little distance from the nearest hospital. Thank you for taking such great care of them.
