This is by far the best urgent care in the area. The staff (Tristian) is very friendly and everyone has excellent bed side manners. I was in and out quickly.

Immediately upon arrival at MED7, we were greeted by Medical Assistant, Brianna. Brianna was articulate, compassionate, engaging and empathetic. She listened to all concerns, acknowledged her understanding of his fears, pain and frustration to ensure there was a "common understanding or ground" to build rapport and confidence in addressing his needs and expectations. She then took the time to make a personal introduction by bringing the Doctor into the room, explaining that she had informed the Dr. of all the concerns. The Dr. was exceptionally diligent in his review of the injury, reassured Jeff that it was a very bad sprain and encouraged a comprehensive plan of action designed to allow for rest and proper healing of the ligaments and tendons in the ankle. Once he had more than adequately addressed all issues, Shelby came in to help with the proper fitting and secure positioning of boot. Shelby was very knowledgeable on the injury, treatment and encouraged a positive outlook moving forward towards a full recovery. She was effervescent, energetic and dynamic in her manner of trying to provide inspiration, hope and confidence, ensuring the best quality of care. Overall, the communication or sharing of thoughts, ideas, feelings, diagnosis and prognosis were absolutely top notch, genuine quality of best practices in patient service. I would highly recommend this team of medical professionals to anyone in need of urgent, quality care. Thank you - to the entire team at Med7 for being sincere in the whole patient approach of care. We were truly impressed and will, pursuant to instructions, follow up with your team of medical professionals.

To have a X-ray to see how bad my toe was. It was broken but at least they had good service and good workers

Khloe/Chloe (MA) (sp?), the PA and X-Ray tech were all AMAZING!! Chloe has the BEST, caring, personable and loving touch. Loved her as well as the other two mentioned .. super caring & patient. Had a pleasurable visit.

Alex was great. He greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel like a regular patient. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. It was obvious that he was sincerely concerned with my issues and listened and did everything I needed to help assist me with my need. He is definitely a great employee to have and an asset to the company.

I was very impressed with Med 7. Previously we had been to Med 7 for athletic clearance to play school sports for a couple of our children and they were always great to deal with. This time however, my son had a bad fall while riding his bike and had some painful road rash and a gash in his mouth. They saw him quickly and were exceptionally kind and efficient. It was a calm and professional environment and they were great with my son. They have since called to check up on him and make sure he is recovering well. I have had to visit urgent care through another care provider in the past and have never been particularly impressed with their care or the resulting costs. But now that I know that Med 7 is a network provider for my insurance I will be using them for all of our future urgent care needs. Honestly though, with the level of care they gave I would chose them from here on out even if they were out of network.

Unfortunately, I have had to make 3 visits in the month and a half. Unfortunate for the need, but fortunate that the Med7 facility near me is an optimal medical care facility. On two visits, I was attended by a male radiology tech/nursing assistant who was very professional, attentive and informative. As a former Nursing Supervisor, I am very pleased by his work and professionalism. The physicians who treated me Drs. Doan and Adams, were likewise very professional, informative and caring. Again, with my work experience, I rate them 5 stars! Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

The waiting to be called took a while but it’s a friday and raining out. But i felt comfortable and welcomed. The appointment went quickly and everyone was kind. Great smiles and attitudes!

Great experience at Med7 in Roseville, I would definitely recommend this urgent care center. I thought Dr. Doan was excellent and the MA , Triston, who took my Vitals signs and the X-ray was very friendly and thorough.

The service in the front office not as caring as I would gave like, but the back office staff were terrific!! Wait time was short, visit was thorough and professional and I’m feeling better. I will visit again. One suggestion: please add hooks to the backs of doors in the rooms and bathrooms for purses. I had to hold my while using the restroom Thanks!

I came in for a pre-employment physical and everyone was so kind and helpful. Shelbie did all my vitals and blood draw/TB test. I am a hard stick but she did amazing. She got it on the first try and that was the least painful draw I have ever had. By far. Same with the TB test. She did awesome!

Very happy to have the help I had today it was the best visit I've had since my first visit i was well tended to and was comfortable i would be sure to ask for the same assistant I had today even though I was in pain I left with a smile
