The MA was very nice and understanding, took a lot of time with me listening to my symptoms and concerns. He explained the process of taking my vitals and was very nice. The PA was very nice as well, very quick and to the point and answered my questions before I had even asked them! Very thorough. Front desk staff was very nice. They were very accommodating by letting me give my urine sample when I had to go to the restroom, even though I had not been seen or filled out my paperwork yet. Overall very positive experience.

Great staff. MA who did initial assessment was professional and pleasant. PA was amazing. Easy to talk to. Very informative. Addressed all my concerns. A little note. I typically hate going to any clinical setting doctor’s offices, urgents care offices or hospitals for myself even as a nurse but staff made me feel at ease.

My experience with Med7 was wonderful! Super quick at drug testing and Alcohol testing! Thank you so much! The guy who did my alcohol test was awesome, he answered all of my questions! I’m so sorry I forgot his name!

When I first came in the receptionist was a little gruff but, was just following protocol. I filled out paperwork and Tiffany assisted me she was kind and had great customer service. My medical assistant Jacob introduced himself, explained what he was going to do or doing. Asked questions efficently plus had a professional but great sense of humor. You could tell he likes what he does and that is important. I have had a wait of a little over 20 minutes for the doctor but, they are busy and its understandable.

I had an excellent experience.Very knowledgeable and pleasant MA. The doctor was freindly and thorough,awesome in my opinion. The xray tech concerned with my well-being. she took great care not to hurt me when moving my injured area.Her professional and pleasant demeanor put me at ease.

Friendly, caring assistants as well as the doctor. My concerns were heard and addressed. My suspicions regarding my condition were quickly confirmed. I could not ask for a better experience. I am feeling much better. Thanks to the whole staff.

I called in and was greeted promptly the male that answered the phone was helpful and gave me quick direction as it was a Sat morning I went down and the lady at the front desk checked me in quickly and I was seen promptly and the staff were all professional and friendly great experience.

I came in for an employment medical screening. I didn’t have to wait long (about 5-10 minutes ) before I was called back. Everything was explained and very straight forward. The stuff was easy to get along with , informative and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend them and would return if needed for other care.

I arrived with an injured knee. Their office was clean and only about 5 people waiting. The assistants were friendly and helpful and the Dr.s gave good care. Dr. Gookin was especially kind and comforting during an uncomfortable procedure to drain my knee, and was very helpful in finding me future care for my knee. The interest he displayed in my care and rehabilitation was outstanding. Thank you Dr. Gookin.
