The staff at this location was quick and very comforting. I was in a rush to get home and they pushed me though knowing my situation with my kids at home. I really appreciate all the staff.

When I went to the Med 7 Clinic I was greeted at the receptionist counter in a pleasant and efficient manner. When I was in the examination room the young lady ( Janet) was professional, reassuring and had a relaxed manner that made working with her a true joy. Then I saw Dr Thang Yang, who was also caring and very easy to talk to. I truly feel that the Med 7 personnel haVemy best interest at heart.

Each time I have come to Med7 I am treated kindly and professionally. On this particular visit for a titer for Varicella, Janet performed the blood draw and was kind, gentle, and was humorous which made the experience a lot easier. No stress and had me smiling most of he way through. I appreciate this professionalism and superb bedside manner. I will absolutely be returning to Med7 for any other kind of lab work, etc. I may need. Thank you!

I’m thankful for the mask policy and the ability to request a pager to wait in the car. Once I was in, Janet... the medical assistant was quick, efficient, and explained everything. Super professional. The wait to see the physicians assistant wasn’t too long and when I did, she was very quick and efficient as well. Well run. Thanks for everything.

Hi my name is Gwendolyn Grayson. I was very pleased with my experience at MED7 Roseville on 7/14/20. Janet is a very kind/compassionate person/loves helping people and she seems to really love her job. Janet also seems to have a great interest in health and wellness. Janet is also a good listener and makes a BIG effort to make patients feel comfortable. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. She even made me smile before she left, out the room. I am truly grateful to have met Janet and I won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and have to go to MED7. Sending A BIG THANK YOU for hiring Janet. Hi My name is Gwendolyn Grayson. My follow-up appointment was on 7/14/20 at MED7 Roseville. Dr. Mary Gauthier took such wonderful care of me, explaining things carefully to make certain I understood. She always does a GREAT job and is very professional. She's HIGHLY knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Mary Gauthier made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Mary Gauthier has a strong work ethic and I feel like she dedicates 100% of herself to her work every day, regardless of how tired she may be or what is going on in her personal life. I had the most amazing medical technician take Carr of me. Her name was Janet. She had the best bed side manners. She made me feel very comfortable while doing my ekg. Doctors should lean from her wonderful attitude and should follow in her foot steps. I am an owner of a board and care facility for elders and I have been in the medical industry over ten years with that said I would hire Janet for our facility in a heart beat. The girls in the front were nice also. Side note:the wait was absolute ridiculous. 4hrs wait There should be more than one doctor on site especially with all the COVID situation going on. No one should wait 4 hrs for a 20min ekg process. Better management needed at this facility

Despite waiting for longer than I had expected. All of the staff working today were friendly and welcoming. In particular, Janet, the person who administered my TB test. She had an incredibly pleasant attitude from start to finish and made the test itself quick and easy. She definitely deserves recognition for her work. I look forward to using a MED7 facility in the future.

Tom & Janet were the most professional and positive healthcare workers I’ve come across in along time. Tom was a very professional and knowledgeable PA. I just want to give a shout out to Dr. Gauthier for diagnosing exactly what was wrong with me. A fractured wrist. Also to the great staff that includes Janet, Bre and Nicolle who took very good care of me through the entire process. Med 7 on Sunrise in Roseville is very lucky to have these very professional and caring ladies. This is the second time I have had to visit Med 7. I would highly recommend this health facility to all. Hope I don't have to see you anytime soon!!!!!

Janet was the medical assistant that helped me. She was kind ,thorough, and very efficient. I was very pleased with her service. Thomas was the PA that attended me. He was also very good and knowledgeable. If I have another need in the future for immediate health I would most certainly choose Med7 urgent care.

My experience was great and it always has been every time I come to the Urgent Care.I came for my blood pressure but It was getting a bit High and the service was prompt professional Janet which was not sure if she's a nurse but she was absolutely awesome she was professional she was very customer service oriented and she made me feel very comfortable very at ease and I really did enjoy that. I would recommend coming to Med 7 to anyone who wants to have quality professional Care and feel as if part of the family.
