Everyone there was respectful, professional and friendly. A woman named Tanya was the person I saw the most. She had a very caring nature about her that immediately made me feel at ease which is big as I am not a fan of going to seek medical help. I don't know the names of the other people that helped me, but all were top notch!

My 8 month old daughter had her first serious accident and as a new mom I was extra worried and scared, and the staff at the med 7 urgent care was so polite, and caring with us, it was wonderful patient care. Thank you to everyone who works at roseville urgent care centerfor all your help!

The wait time was not long. Once I was in the room I waited a little longer, but overall the care was quick and efficient. Tests were done in the clinic as needed and I got results quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

This urgent care was actually amazing. Staff was great, I thought the nurse who called me back was extremely sweet and didn't waste time to get the test I needed started. The doctor or nurse practitioner, Josh was the best and enjoyed his dry humor, his recommendation for a shot that made me feel better before leaving and he also did not waste my time. I will be back if I ever need to and will recommend this place in a heartbeat!

I come to med 7 because it's challenging to get into my doctor and I have had nothing but exceptional care here. The staff are always kind and prompt. They answer all my questions thoroughly and make sure I am taken care of upon the close of my appointment.

I have so far come to MED7 twice for the same injury. I was in a motorcycle accident and was told to follow up in a week and visited again today and will be coming in again next week for another follow up. I'll first describe my visit on 9/12/17. It was 30minutes before closing yet all the staff was very kind, genuine, and courteous. The nurse, I think his name is Andrew, took X-rays and was very careful to ensure any pain was minimal. The doctor I believe it was Dr Robinson was very kind. Upon checkout I was told I would recieve a referral for an orthopedic and if I couldn't have an appointment working a week to return for a follow up. I called two days later ,the 14th, to inquire about a referral and was told that I didn't need one since I had a PPO and that I couldn't get one. I was unable to find an appointment with any orthopedics in the area and many of them stated I had to have a referral. Today is 6 days from the original injury and I came in due to much discoloration and swelling. The front desk staff were not as kind as before, upon checkin I informed the receptionist that in addition to my visit I had a form I needed the doctor to fill out. She quickly stated that they don't fill state forms. I let her know that it was from my employer and not the state, to which she quickly dismissed me and said whatever it was they couldn't do it. I waited in the waiting room and watched several other patients get quite irritated with the office staff and run arounds. I was called in in about an hour and fifteen minutes which really didn't seem that bad to me, from that point forward everything was exceptional. The same nurse, Andrew I believe, was there to help me and remember me and gave me a personalized warm welcome and genuinely cared, I explained the situation with the referral and he said he would get one taken care of for me and that the person who submits them might even have been there late. Dr Doan filled out the form that I desperately needed in order to pay my bills and the entire experience was over in about 15 minutes, minus the waiting time I had to be observed from a shot I received. To sum up a long review, if the front desk staff had the kindness and genuine care that the nurses and doctors have, this would be an A+ facility. I will still come back again in the future knowing that I just have to put up with less than desirable front desk staff.

The process was efficient and the medical assistant and Physicians Assistant were very helpful. Much better experience than the E.R. They had X-ray on site, so I didn't have to go anywhere else. Very convenient

I give Med 7 very high marks in promptly greeting customers; professional screening by your staff, the knowledge and orthopedic profesionalism of the provider (woman) who examined me, ordered X-rays and then fitted me with a knee brace, competency of your X-ray technician, and listening skills of all parties. Details follow. I came to Med7 because I had an acute knee injury. Also, my Medical (not Medicare) insurance changed August 1, and I could not get in to see a primary care physician -- reports vary on whether or not I've been assigned one two hours away. I had only a few minutes wait until I was greeted and handed paperwork to fill out. Once my paperwork was handed in the wait was short to be shown to an exam room. Nurse or aide who did my screening was pleasant and professional -- complemented my blood pressure, although to me the readings were a little higher than normal. Your practitioner asked me to go limp and let her test range of motion in the knee. I jumped when the ower leg was moved out sideways from the knee. But after I stood up to go to get Xrays, the pain level was already reduced significantly. Most likely diagnosis is damage to the meniscus on the right hand (inside) edge of my knee front. I wonder if she moved something back in place that was pinched. The knee brace provided keeps the injured area protected and reminds me to keep the knee straight as I walk. Rotation of that knee is still painful, so I avoid it. Picked up the ibuprofen recommeded after leaving Med 7. Between the brace and the Ibuprofen, swelling is next to nothing. Right now (four days later) I am pain free, unless I take a misstep or something or someone bumps the knee. Great medical care provided by all staff at Med 7 Urgent Care. I will definitely be back whenever I need urgent medical care. I wish Med 7 would bring back the "Rate Us 1 to 10" $10 discount coupons - please bring them back!

Went to Med7 for a sports physical and had a great experience. The nurse and doctor were both very nice and the doctor did a great job at explaining what she was doing and why. It was affordable and was able to walk right in with out an appointment and didn't have a long wait. Thank you! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I really appreciate the level of care an service I receive when ever I go to this Med7. The staff is friendly, helpful and they don't belittle you. It's not often you get complemented on home bandaging from a medical professional (even though it still needed stitches).

Have used this facility a number of times in the past and we have always been impressed. The level of service is excellent. The facility is clean and modern. We often have difficulty getting into our primary doctor so our second choice is this facility. The employee are courteous, professionally and always fully explain what they are doing. Would highly recommend this urgent care center.

I am someone who is very phobic of needles, so I typically avoid the doctors office at all cost. With that said, because of the professionalism and proficiency of the med assistant who administered my tb shot and blood draw i found my experience at med 7 almost enjoyable. She put me at ease, was attentive to my concerns, and administered both procedures with no discomfort and very little pain. Thank you for the great service!!
