The guy who did the actual test was probably the most personable and likable guy I’ve met in healthcare in many years I was a medical sales representative for a big pharmaceutical company however your front desk woman left a little bit to be desired and I’m not going to go into much detail

Came here twice with extreme pain issues. No one wants to go to urgent care and wait for hours but this facility is very convenient and gets you in and out in no time. I was only here for an hour or less during peak time. The prescribed medication was very effective, and I didn’t have to go to a follow up appointment after that. Thus, the quality of care is great. Definitely recommend it over any other urgent cares.

Everything was great. Receptionist, tech, and xray tech were efficient and nice. Receptionist had some issues with a very rude person and handled it well. Wait time was not bad at all. I would prefer this facility over the ones closer to my home. One on manzanita didn't have a functioning xray machine which is why we went here.

Came in right at 8am. The check inn along with everyone I interacted with during my visit was very pleasant and professional. Was my first time in a urgent care outside my primary. The x Ray tech and doctor were very informative and friendly. Great staff.

Short wait time, was seen by the NP and xray. All staff were friendly and the NP was very helpful. My visit did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered.

I’m beyond happy with my visit here. We were checked in quickly and efficiently, and we actually got into a room just as fast! Everyone here has been kind and understanding. :) Of course, no one ever wants to be sick, but I know what urgent care I’ll always be choosing going forward.

I've now been back here three times in 2 weeks, and every time has been quick and painless. Staff is friendly and eager to assist. Hard to find people who actually care now a days. Great job.

I am pleased with the survive and they saw me in a timely manner the staff was very perfetionan and comforting with conversations. They are verry thinking of there patients and don’t just care about getting a pay check they care for the patients.
