Medical Assistant Janet was great to have for our initial intake at Med 7 today. She was very thorough in her questions and exam. Janet was was very personable and made my daughter feel very at ease. I know she will go on and be very sucessfull in what ever medical career she chooses in the future!

All 3 were very good! The best part was the warm attitude that accompanied great care. Everyone was cheerful as well as very informative when answering my questions. This was in great contrast to another physician's office which, though competent in their approach, had a very "frosty" attitude toward my interruption of their day! Thanks for your very professional and warm service. My small problem has been very quickly and competently addressed. I am very satisfied!

Janet was really friendly and very thorough when assisting me. She made sure to clean all the equipment before using it on me and was very sociable, relieving some of the awkwardness that can come with a visit.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic. I came in later in the evening and had a very short wait. Everyone, from the front desk staff to my practitioner for the evening (Dr. Ma) were polite, friendly, and warm. I came in with a somewhat sensitive medical issue and was not made to feel embarrassed or belittled. I was in and out relatively quickly given the fact that I needed to have lab-work done and was given excellent follow up information with regard to the condition that brought me in. I would absolutely come in again when access to my primary care physician is limited or I have a time-sensitive issue.

The quality of care was excellent. The waiting room and the examination rooms were comfortable. The location of the office was very conveniently located between my place of work and my home. The staff were all very friendly.

I only waited maybe 20 minutes before the sweetest little nurse welcomed me on back. She was very fast and efficient and was able to carry a conversation all at the same time. I highly recommend the facility on sunrise by the new Dutch brothers.

The quality of care was 5-Star! I was most impressed with Dr Ma's professionalism. My questions were answered. The X-Ray tech was very knowledgeable and professional. From my first encounter with the receptionist at check in to the medical assistant who took my vital and everyone that assisted me, I felt well cared for. The entire process took way longer than I had expected but all my needs were met. I had a positive experience, I've gone to this facility in the past and would return again as needed.

It was busy and took a long time to see the doctor, however, the doctor was fantastic, as well as the two nurses. My daughter was having a tough time and they did a great job taking care of her and getting the job done. I was very happy with all three of them. Thank you very much! Ray
