Excellent across the board. They were very helpful even when they are seeing you at your worst. There is essentially no wait. They allowed you pay up front with no fuss when you misplaced your insurance card like i did. If i ever need ER services again i will go here. I cannot think of anyone or group of medical professionals i would rather my life in their hands.

The nurses were wonderful, compassionate and skilled. Mary spared me a LOT of pain by helping me move around for the necessary diagnostics. Young nurse brought us snacks when the CT results were delayed, so important especially since my diabetic husband needed to keep his blood glucose stable. All three nurses who cared for me went above and beyond.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor had genuine concern for my well-being. I will recommend their services if my friends or family are unfortunate enough to bed emergency medical attention.

Great place. No wait times. The doctor is amazing and very thorough. I have a sweat drug patch on and he went above and beyond to make sure that his prescriptions would not cause false positives with my patch....I love this place. Thanks Dr. P.

I was the only patient so I was taken in right away - no wait. It was at no cost to me, the person at the front desk even double checked my insurance to verify that I was not getting charged. And this ER is super convenient to where we live. Everyone was friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend!

I entered the clinic at 6:30 am on Tuesday and was immediately helped by staff. Diagnosis was very thorough and procedures were performed that addressed my most immediate needs. I haven’t felt that ill in a long time but left feeling a little better and with a gameplay for getting thru the week. Only negative is they don’t take Medicare.

The office very clean, convenient and treated like everyone come in matters. Time is important get you out as quick as possible with such courtesy. I went in because it felt like a missing earbud tip had come off in my ear. The tip was missing from the earbud. The dr checked the ear and could see the ear camel was clear. Using the scope to check the ear seemed to clear an air pocket because after he removed it my ear felt normal. I was in and out in 10 minutes and no charge. Very happy because they don’t take Medicare.

I work in Plano and I pass by Medco every day when I go home! I remember when they were building it. Never in a million years I thought I would have to actually use the facility! Customer service was great from the front office, to the tech who took my vitals and the Nurse and the Doctor! Thanks to everybody for your concern!
