I had a great experience at Medco ER. I came in for a painful ear infection. I received efficient and excellent service. The doctor was very calm and kind. The nursing and supporting staff were helpful and nice. I felt safe and at ease getting treated at this facility.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Dr. Padmaja Battula and her team (nurse, Candra; Radiology Tech, Nazanin; Front Office, Tiffany). They were outstanding! I came in with severe vomiting, body ache, fever and stomach pain and was unable to hold down anything, including water. The staff was fast and very efficient. I was put on IV with anti emetic and painkillers immediately. I started feeling better and pain free in no time. Within the 3 hours that we were there, lab work, CT, X-Ray, EKG, COVID testing was complete. I came out positive for COVID-19. Dr. Battula made sure I was feeling better before I left the ER premises. Her nurse, Candra and her radiology tech, Nazanin were very comforting and caring. The ER is clean and peaceful. I would highly recommend this location, Dr. Battula and her team!

Dr. Passi was amazing. First Time taking my daughter there and will definitely go back. He was Very thorough, informative and nice. We didn’t have to wait long, clean facility and great staff. Great experience!

I cannot say enough good things about EVERYONE at the Carrollton location. They took my symptoms seriously after a doctor at another clinic did not. They seriously helped ease my anxiety about the situation and talked me through everything. Pricing was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be and they work with you. My sweet wonderful nurse only took 1 try getting my IV in which has never happened! Dr. Swami answered all of my questions and took the time to explain what was going on. I have never had such an amazing healthcare experience!

The care I received was exceptional! Iesha, the nurse was so friendly and caring. She is an asset to your business! Dr. Ahmed was very through in his treatment and made sure we knew the results and what to watch for later. The x-rat tech was good and tried to make things as easy for me as possible. I will recommend your facility to others!

Courtney at the front desk was an absolute Angel today. I called in asking questions about covid testing and payments. Her kind demeanor and knowledge of insurance converted me into a patient. The nurse Caitlin,her Tech Jeff and the doctor (forgive me can't remember his name) were all great also. Thankfully I was negative but I have no doubt I was im the best possible hands with that team. We have our choice of medical care these days,but the genuine compassion I felt puts this Medco site leagues above the rest. Everyone deserves a raise and the world could learn a few things from your medical receptionist about how customer service should be given. You can tell 110% these guys love what they do, and I'll be using them for everything from now on!
