Organized and attentive facility. The staff was the most kind I've ever seen in an emergency room. The Doctor was very transparent and cared to listen to my concerns even after diagnosis. I left smiling. Wonderful ER.

I am so pleased with my quality of care that I received from MedcoEr. I was treated with the upmost respect. Dr.Frankum is AWESOME!!! He is so thorough and trustworthy. I so pleased with my care I knew that I could trust his diagnosis. He kept me informed step by step on my plan of care during my visit. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was very knowledgeable about my health issues. He has great bedside manners. appreciate him and his AWESOME staff. Sarah Garcia RN and Director of Nurses is an EXCELLENT nurse. She went about an beyond the call of duty to provide me with OUTSTANDING TOP NOTCH care. She is so caring, compassionate, understanding, and relatable. She gives her all to care for patients. She knows her stuff.:) she is young but have very seasoned demeanor. When I started feeling better she came in and got to know me. Such a personal touch and a privilege to be able to have that time to really listen to her patients concerns. She just don’t treat your health problem that brought me to the ER. She treats the whole body. She made laughter as way to help lift my spirits. Also she has an upbeat and positive attitude.:) She’s one of a kind and I am so blessed to have had her as my nurse. The x-ray tech Andrew Worrell was the best. He is so helpful and kind. The front desk reception was great she was so nice and he caring. My overall visit was a 10 out a 10. I will definitely come back to this ER if me or my family are in need emergency care. I appreciate all of your help in making my visit OUTSTANDING.:) Thanks Again and God Bless

I cut my hand bad enough to require medical attention. The ER is just down the street but I opted for Urgent Care due to the cost factors. The staff here was extremely efficient and nice and I’m very satisfied with the treatment provided. I was in and out in a timely manner.

The quality of care I received from Dr. Passi was excellent. He took the time to carefully review my case, and consult with an orthopedic surgeon to ensure the best patient outcome.

High Quality service. I was taken care off as soon I reached there. I was there Only for 4 hours but the condition I entered the emergency room and the condition I left it is kind of magic. It is unforgettable experience. ER Doctor asked me to follow with my physician for any follow up treatment. I followed it up with my DR and simply asked me to continue the medication given by them. I am continuing my medication given by ER Doctor and I am improving day by day. Thanks for the excellent work done by the Front line healthcare service professionals, Thank you Medco ER.

Terrific experience at the ER the other night. I came in with a concern about a smashed thumb. The staff set my mind at ease that it was healing well.
