All the staff were very knowledgeable, kind and patient, even giving my child (who was NOT patient in the waiting room) a snack and a drink. The location was convenient, they were open at a time when other options were not, and I was seen immediately. We are very grateful!

Had the best experience at your facility. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest lady. She remembered me from my phone call and got me registered and right in. The staff was very helpful and took great care of me!

My experience was excellent. Staff, Doctor all extremely pleasant. There was no wait. We were kept informed I hope I never need to use services again , but if emergency services are needed I would not hesitate to return to this facility.

The staff at MEDCO are truly professionals. Nurse Mary has been in the nursing field for 47 years and loves what she does. She takes excellent care of patients. I highly recommend the Plano, TX location.

Had CT scan done during my visit and noticed the abnormal signs of my condition. Thought I had to go to hospital afterwards but this initial examination helps in the process of diagnosis of my symptoms and surgical treatment. Appreciate the care and professional advice.

I suffer from migraines and one hit pretty hard. I was able to be seen right away and treated quickly. The staff is compassionate and understanding. Much less stress than a hospital ER.

We went late on a Saturday night and there were only a couple other patients. Everyone was very attentive and explained everything. I ended up being transferred to another hospital and everything went smoothly. I haven’t received any bills yet so I’m not sure how that’s going to go. I really appreciate the doctor and staff that helped me that night!

I can’t say enough great things about the staff. From the front office Sheri, to nurse Nishita, tech Humzu, to Dr Swami the care was excellent. They were all so nice and seemed to really care. I got right in with no wait! I would definitely recommend MedCo ER to a friend!

I was having stomach complications, couldn't keep food down for days; and fever and congestion. My blood pressure was up and every little noise seemed to touch cut into my last nerve. I knew it would be days before I could get into my family doctor, so I visited the Medco ER in Plano. They were able to see and treat me immediately. The diagnosis and treatment was quick and spot-on. The staff, doctor, and nurse, Rebecca (sp) were truly amazing. I'm at home still recovering, but doing soooo much better. I feel that they kept me from a potentially lengthy hospital stay and helped to comfort and help me toward healing. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

My experience was a wonderful one. Everyone was efficient, polite and we were in a private room quickly for the physician to start doing tests, and figuring what was going on, and then decide what to do. They did many test quickly, X-rays were done, Covid test given, and lucky for me the test were all negative. The figured out what was going on, and gave us prescriptions to get filled out. I am taking all the medication prescribed & things are going in the right direction. I will absolute recommend Medco ER. I’ve been a repeat patient in this clinic because of the efficiency of the doctors, nurses and staff, quality of care, and convenience to my home. I’ve consistently had an excellent experience at this facility. MD’s are on staff and actually present at the location. I’m a physician myself, and their diagnosis and treatment plan are always accurate, quick and you never feel rushed when asking questions.

Fast check-in process. The staff was very cordial and attentive. My visit was yesterday during the ice storm, but the emergency center was open and helped me with pain relief even though pharmacies were not open.
