Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor was sweet and very efficient. I was in and out in no time. I needed 7 stitches in my finger.

I had a great visit to Medco ER in PLano. I went in for suspected pink eye, and within 8 minutes, I was on my way back to my car, drops in hand to help with my eyes. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were kind, professional, concerned for my well-being, and proactive. I would highly recommend them for any urgent care need! I am actually sending my mother-in-law there today.

The MedCo ER took care of me well very late at night and also answered follow up questions over next fee days

I checked in with an allergic reaction and was seen immediately. The staff was great. They made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. If I need care in tge future I will return to Medco ER.

The staff was thorough and efficient. The visit was not a long one and within that short time everything needed was done including tests and results. Will definitely be back for any further medical emergency needs.

Nurse Mary and doctor passi are amazing. They are so attentive, prompt and very helpful. I don’t intend to make a habit of coming to the er but if I ever have an medical emergency or my child has 1 this is the place I will bring them because I know the level of excellence that is practiced here.

I work overseas. Staying with family in the area, I had a recurrence of a problem and so looked for a close-by emergency clinic. I discovered MedcoER on the internet, read the reviews, and so decided to give them a try. Arrived at 10am on Saturday, was seen by a doctor before I had finished the paperwork, and was treated and provided with helpful literature within 30 minutes. Very genial and professional staff all round.

It was great the dr was amazing. The front desk person was so kind and understanding the nurse as well I wa out do my thyroid medicine for 3 days and I beginning to feel off and not normal and the dr listened to me and was very empathetic and also understanding and gave me some referrals to primary care physician and it was very helpful I am grateful

This was the best experience I’ve had at an independent emergency center. Dr Passi, nurse Darren, rad tech Hamza and the front office staff, Shari and Cierra were very helpful and accommodating. They gave excellent care to my daughter who needed stitches on her leg. Dr Passi was very patient and took great care to avoid as much scarring as possible. We highly recommend this Medco facility at Legacy and Coit Rd in Plano.
